It was fine. He was very nice when he came for the estimate, and the work was done well, so I'm not having any trouble right now. I think we signed up for the partnership, so they called about the safety check. We had a filter system put in the kitchen sink, and we had two toilets put in. So far, everything is doing OK. My daughter recommended them. She told us that she had heard good things, and that was it. An A+ is fine for them.
They got the gas leak fixed—it was a hard one to find. It was a small leak, but it had to get fixed. Their customer service was good.
I like the service. The guy from Lake Cook Plumbing gave me options to fix the toilet, so we could replace it or not. He was 100 percent honest with me, telling me exactly what was going to happen and what he was going to do. It was a broken toilet—there were some pieces in the toilet, so he gave me three options right away.
Lake Cook Plumbing did the job properly. They replaced the main valve on my water main. I didn't deal with the customer service, just with the plumber. I picked them over everybody else because they answered the call and nobody else would. It's an A from me.
They were timely, they did what I wanted them to do, and they accommodated everything I wanted to do. The last time they came, we had a toilet and some new valves installed. Their customer service was fine. I had used them before. I'd grade them with an A-.
I liked that the people from Lake Cook Plumbing came in on short notice. We had an emergency, and they were there the next morning. They did the work quickly, and it looked good. There were two plumbers there working, and they both were really good. Their customer service was very good—in fact, the woman that I got on the phone was great. We had a copper pipe with a pinhole burst in it. I switched to Lake Cook Plumbing because I didn't like the previous plumber I hired, and I was just looking for someone that was close.
The people from Lake Cook Plumbing seemed to know what they were doing, fixed the problem, and were very pleasant to work with. They came out twice. I think the first time, we had a leak in the basement. We had a pipe in the basement that was leaking in the ceiling, so they came up and sealed the pipe off. The second time, something flushed down the toilet and got stuck, and I had them come out and remove it. I thought they were A-rate—I thought they were very good.
They took care of the plumbing issue fairly quickly and got it back up and running. I had a leaking toilet. Their customer service was great. I chose Lake Cook Plumbing because they could get out the quickest. They deserve an A.
I liked that the people from Lake Cook Plumbing explained what they were going to be doing, answered all our questions, and respected our home. They were neat and very polite. I really liked them. We had a major leak, and they put in a pump for us and used cameras to look into our system. They did a lot of work, and the whole experience was great. They definitely get an A.
There was a problem with our garbage disposal, and Lake Cook Plumbing handled it. They were great. They showed up in uniform and were very friendly. I would rate them as an A.
