They replaced a shutoff valve. A friend recommended them. The work they did was A+, but I think the cost was very high for the job that was done.
They're good and prompt. They came pretty quickly. They came right out, which was nice. They didn't make me wait. I've used them a number of times and I've been very happy with them. They have mostly done plumbing for me. They've done HVAC as well. They've installed some plumbing for me and fixed my bathroom leak. The guys are very efficient and very friendly. They communicated with me. They were great. Two different guys have come out for the big jobs and they were fabulous. They did well. I live in Acton, which is where they are based. I saw their name on a card when I moved into the house. They had done some work at this house, and I just called them based on that. They're an A to me.
I had a great experience. It was fantastic. I really liked the guy who came out to help. I thought that he was very helpful in everything that he was doing in terms of our flooded basement and our water heater. He gave us advice on who to get to help clean up the basement and even how to get through the insurance process, because we didn't know any of that. He went above and beyond for us. They've done a whole bunch of things for me, but in this one case, they replaced the water heater for me. They've done plumbing and air conditioning work for me too, when we've had problems with our air conditioner and our heater. They've been out, and they've done a great job. They find the most economical way of tackling it also. I'd give them an A.
It was excellent. They were very responsive, they told me what the problem was, and they rapidly had guys come out to the house to make the repair. The cost and time estimates were both right on. I was very happy with the service. They replaced the waste stack pipe from my plumbing. It's an A-rated company.
My experience was great. It was just wonderful. I liked everything. They were just great and creative about solutions. They resolved some issues around freezing pipes in the basement. They're an A-rated company.
We like them very much. They replaced a hot water heater. We've used them before, and that's how we heard about them. I would grade them as an A-. They are absolutely wonderful, but a little bit expensive.
They had to replace a component on our drain pan to our heating and water cooling system. We had used Papalia before, and that's how we heard about them. I would grade them as an A+. Our drain pan was overflowing, and come to find out, a component in our pump had stopped working—it needed to be replaced. We thought we were going to have to replace the whole pump, but the person who they sent was knowledgeable about the component. He took the pump apart, found out which component in the pump had failed, and replaced just that component. So, he took the time to research which component was the issue, and because of his effort, it cost us a lot less than we expected it to cost. We thought it was going to cost us $750 to $1,000, but it only cost us $250.
They're my go-to plumbers. They're local, they've been very professional, and they bailed me out of a bad situation ten years ago when my pipes froze up. They're an A+.
Generally, they are very responsive and their people come when they say they are going to come. I don't have any negative things to say, and we've used them a number of times. They are our go-to plumbers. They replaced the tank enclosure in our upstairs bathroom, and they replaced our instant hot system. I would grade them as an A.
They showed up when they said they would. They did plumbing work for me. I would rate the company as an A.
