They did plumbing in the kitchen. They were fine—they were perfectly fine. I'd give them an A+.
They did work for us last year or so. Everything was fine. They did a good job. They've done plumbing work—something to do with the furnace. I'd give them an excellent rating.
It was excellent.
We needed to replace the water main in order to replace one of the other valves, and the town had to come out and do that. It was very prompt. The town came right out, and they were able to replace those valves, so there was an extra step, but it still happened—that was good. I'd give them an excellent grade.

They were prompt, thorough, and flexible. They installed a new boiler and a secondary water heater. I believe we got them through a registry with a state program. I'd give them an A.
They were very responsive. When the water heater broke, they came in that weekend and got it all repaired for me, which I really appreciated. They basically installed a new water heater, and they also installed a mechanism so that if it ever broke again, it would automatically shut off the water supply to the heater and it wouldn't flood the basement. I had heard that they were good, so I just followed up and gave them a call, and they were responsive. I'd give them an A.
