I've used Superior Plumbing. They had to come out and replace the expansion valve on the water heater because it was leaking. They're an excellent company. I would give them an A. I used them several years ago to replace a pressure valve that comes into the house from the street.
It was fine. I had an excellent experience with them. I liked the technician who did the actual plumbing work. I'd never used Superior Plumbing before, but he truly made the difference. He redid the pipes underneath my house when I had a leak. The house was built in 1944, and the pipes were so old that there was no way of telling how deep they actually went underneath the house. So, he just cut them off and redid the pipes out to the city meter. I'm not from Atlanta, but I have a home there and a home in another state, and Superior just responded right away. I truly appreciated that because my back was against the wall on this one. I would definitely give them an A.
They did quality work. They installed a hot water heater. We had them out last week, as well, to install a gas line for a gas stove. Both times, they did a great job. We asked for the same technician to come back. We fell in love with him the first time, so we wanted him back the second time. I'd give them an A—they were good.
They explained everything really well, and they actually noticed something we didn't even know was going on and fixed that for us, too. They were very courteous and knowledgeable. They came out to fix a toilet, and then they discovered we had a leak in our front yard, so they fixed that the next day. They're an A-grade company.
I liked that they explained what they were doing. They did some replacing of copper piping. The customer service was fine; they were very pleasant. I've been using them since I was knee-high to a grasshopper—I've always used Superior Plumbing. They guarantee what they say. I'd give an A grade to them.
We went with Superior Plumbing, and they were very good. We had a hot water heater and new appliances that needed to be installed, and I liked that the guy stayed all day until the job was completely done. I didn't know if it would be a two-day job, but he stayed as long as he needed and got everything done. Everything was hooked up correctly and working fine, so we were very pleased. I heard about them through Best Pick Reports. They're an A+.
They came in really quickly, they were professional, and they took care of me. I don't recall what they did, but the taps were running open, and he fixed them. I chose them because they were available. I'd give them an A+.
They did what we asked them to do, and they did it well. We had a toilet that was falling—like, it wasn't connected to the ground—and they secured it, sealed it, and did everything. Now it stays put. It's an A+ for them.
I had a positive experience with them. I liked that the people that answered the phone were professional. They're on time, and the gentleman who came to my house was clean, neat, and courteous. He took out an old toilet and installed a new one. I chose them because I had used them before in the past for something minor, and then I used them again. I'd give Superior Plumbing an A+.
They fixed my water heater, and everything was fine. I've always used them. It's been a while since I initially found them. They're A+.
