They do spring outside-the-house work. They're right on time, and they have no hesitation about coming back out if we have rain or if we don't think the pesticide is working the best it could. We put in the call, and they come right out and do it again for us. We wouldn't use anybody else. We had them in our last house, and when we moved from our last house to our new house, we took them with us. I would give them an A+.
It was great. We had no problem with them whatsoever. We had an additional problem last year, so they came back out and did some further work, and they took care of us. They were terrific. We had a lot of ants, and they kept coming back even after the first application. They came back out and took care of it. I would give the company an A rating.
It was a positive experience.
They came on time, as scheduled, and provided the service that was requested. We haven't seen any ants, and that's pretty good. I would give them an A rating.
They came, did what they had to do, and did it well. They did ant spray. I would give them an A rating.
They've just been a great service. They're reliable, they always show up on time, and we actually don't even have to be home for it, so I don't really have to deal with them. They do ticks and mosquitoes for me. I chose them because my mother had used them before. I would give them an A rating.
They're reliable, and it seems to be effective. They spray for ticks and mosquitoes. It's routine—about once a month. I chose the company because a neighbor was using them. I would give them an A rating.
They did what they said they would do and came when they said they would come. It's a yearly contract—a yearly spraying. I would recommend them to a friend or neighbor, and I would grade them an A.
When I sold my house, I had a termite inspection, and they treated for termites. That was a little over a year ago, but I sold the property. Everything was satisfactory. The job was done, and there were no problems. I moved out of the house, so I was unable to follow up on anything, but whoever came to the house was professional, and they did a good job. I would give them an A.
They're just easy to schedule and to deal with, easy to pay, and very clear. They handle their service appropriately. I haven't even been home when they've been there, and they come, they take care of things with my wife, and they leave. They just do pest control for carpenter ants. They come out once a year. I would rate them as an A.
