Arbors & Patios did an excellent job. Even with weather delays, they still turned over the project within schedule and on budget. They added a patio extension and redid all of our foundation out there, and they did a really good job. I would recommend them, and I'd rate them as an A.
They were pretty responsive when we were concerned about how things were going or if there was something that we thought was missing. They built an arbor and a wooden pool deck for us. It was very good. They were able to give an estimate on the spot, and the plan was what we were looking for. Other companies took one to two weeks just to give us an estimate. Arbors & Patios is A+.
Arbors & Patios was fine.
It was very positive, and I would recommend them. They removed a wooden deck and poured a concrete stamped patio. I would grade them as an A.
We were very happy with Arbors & Patios' work. We liked the communication, and we felt that they really understood what we wanted to do. They were able to transform the patio so that we could use it more often. They extended it and replaced the arbor with a shingled roof. It was great. The guys on-site were courteous, and the supervisor kept us up to date on what was going to happen. We liked them. They're an A+ company.
Arbors & Patios took time to understand what we were looking for. They designed and installed a back patio with a pergola, and the customer service was excellent. They provided a little extra insight and presented us with several options that allowed us to fully explore what we wanted to do. I'd give them an A+.
They were very professional. They did a stained concrete deck and an arbor, and the customer service was very good—A+.
They did work in my old house while I was prepping it for sale. They did a satisfactory job. They had to take some of the bricks out of the brickwork that another company did when they put the door in. They were fine. The customer service was good—I didn't really need it, but it was good. I didn't have to call them back for any issues. It was beautiful work. I would recommend using them—they get an A+ on their work. They did a real good job.
I'm very happy with Arbors & Patios. I paid my bill, and things are fine.
They did the work exactly as they said that they would, and the estimate that they provided was accurate both in terms of price and in terms of the time that it would take to do the job. Before I decided to choose them, the gentleman was very good about suggesting different colors and stamps. I did a new patio, patio flooring—there's no structure to it; it's just a cement patio—and he was very good at consulting with me and suggesting things along the way. It wasn't just about trying to get the business; it was about making sure I would be happy with the final product, which I thought was good. I had some questions about the finish, and they were able to address that with me. I would recommend them—they rate an A-.
