We've used Fairfax Transfer personally, and I also use them through work. They're excellent to work with. They moved me, and for work, they accept our cabinet deliveries. When we're ready for the cabinets to be delivered, Fairfax Transfer delivers them to our jobsite. When they moved me personally, it wasn't a full household. It was the contents that were left. They moved a short distance. We started using them through work first. When I found them, they were the only ones who were able to give me a definite quote. They're the only ones I got warm fuzzies from when I was researching five or six companies. Warm fuzzies are important to me. I'll give them an A.
Fairfax Transfer was just excellent. They were very friendly and efficient. They moved some pieces of furniture to another house or two within a 20-mile distance. They were an A-grade service.
The people from Fairfax Transfer are compassionate and fast. They did a great job maintaining my belongings, and there were no losses during the move. Everything was packed well. They communicate very well by email, which is how I do it, so it was nice to have that. They helped in an emergency situation, and it was greatly appreciated. They moved my father-in-law's apartment, so it was one bedroom, one living room, and a kitchen. I chose them because they'd been referred on my neighborhood network, and I would use them again. A friend of mine is calling them today to have them move some stuff for her as well. I'd call them an A+ company.
Fairfax Transfer did work for us a couple of months ago, and they were very good. I'd grade them as an A.
Back in March, Fairfax Transfer helped me move, and then in May, they helped me move back in. Everything was great. They're great—they really do a good job. I'm having new windows put in, so what I had them do was move the heaviest furniture three feet away from the window so the window people can come in and do their work. Right now, I have an appointment with them in the summer to have the furniture moved back. Everything was fine. I got them from the Best Pick Reports website. I'll give them an A.
Fairfax Transfer was very prompt. They were moving things from my mother's home. Many of them were somewhat valuable, and some were antiques. The movers took a great deal of care to make sure the pieces arrived without damage. It was a move across town. My family had used them before, so I chose them because we'd used the company previously. It's an A from me.
As far as I know, everything seemed to go to plan. It was office storage—Fairfax Transfer moved some office boxes and things from one storage location to the other storage location. I may have chosen them because of a recommendation. Based on what I know, I'd choose an A grade for them.
Fairfax Transfer helped me with my move a couple of months ago. They were very receptive to being flexible according to my needs. They were very positive and very receptive to whatever I needed. They were responsive to my needs. Overall, it was a great experience. I wanted to be able to move a lot of the smaller stuff, and they moved all the bigger furniture. I'd say it was 90 percent of everything they moved. It was actually very close, just a couple miles. We went from a town house to a single-family home, and there was a ton of stuff. They get an A—they were great.
That was the third time I've used them. I like that they're on time. They do what is requested of them, they do a good job at what they do, and they do the job within the allotted time they say it will take. They completed the job satisfactorily. This most recent time, they moved furniture we bought down the street. I want to give them an A. We're going to be moving again in a couple of months, and we'll probably use them again.
The people from Fairfax Transfer were good. They were on time and pretty professional, so it was a good experience. It was an entire apartment, but we did the packing. Fairfax Transfer just did the move. They were pretty good overall. They just moved a couple miles. I think an A grade suits them best.
