They showed up when they were supposed to show up. They were very professional. Their workers worked their butts off, and I have no complaints. I liked talking to the person I talked to, and it was a very good experience. We moved two households from North Andover to Redding, and they had to put stuff in two different storage places. It was not a simple move, and they handled it all beautifully. They just did a great job all around.
They were on time and professional. They were very courteous and very caring. Overall, it was an extremely positive experience. It's in the process of being a longer move. We moved from where we were to storage, and it's heading up to Vermont, so it's kind of staged out a little bit. I think they put a lot of care into packing our stuff, and we're hoping there will be no damage. So far, right now they would get an A from us.
My experience with them was great. They were quick and casual. They didn't make me uncomfortable or anything because I can get uncomfortable with strangers moving my personal things, obviously. They were really nice. Everything was really good. It was a local move from the suburbs to Boston, so it was like a 45 minute to an hour drive. All of my items were taken care of, and nothing was broken. I'd definitely give them an A+. They were really good.
They were careful with my furniture, so I felt things got moved in and out of the house, and nothing was damaged. They moved just a few rooms. I was having some construction work done, so things were moved out of the rooms where work was being done to the garage and then returned to the rooms when the construction work was completed. I'd give them an A.
They were on time, which was great. They were prompt, and they were very efficient. They did a little job for me. It was not huge. I'd give them an A.
They did fine.
They were pretty responsive in terms of giving us a lot of phone numbers to call to make sure we always had somebody to answer our questions. I was concerned about the status of my stuff being stored, and they sent me a photo of where it was and the fact that it was all together and protected. I really appreciated that. I moved stuff from a dorm room to a storage unit and then back into an apartment a couple of months later. Nothing was damaged. I'd give them an A.
They showed up on time, and they did the job quickly. They moved me to a house. The move was about 10 to 12 miles. Everything was in good condition, and nothing was damaged after the move was completed. I'd give them an A.
They were just fast in packing up moving and stuff. It was a pretty short-distance move. They were moving stuff from a home to a home. Nothing was damaged or broken. They handled my things with care. I'd give them an A.
They were very helpful, prompt, and on time. Any time I had questions or concerns, they answered my call. It was a small move. It was my daughter, and she just had a couch, a bed, and bureau. It wasn't anything huge. They moved her to a second floor apartment in Boston. I'd give them an A.
