The guys were extremely professional, and they were very good at what they do. I think we paid by the hour, but they were all moving constantly. I also liked that there really wasn't a supervisor, and they didn't need one. It was like a great basketball team—each guy just kind of had their own job and did it well. They worked as a team, they helped each other out, and they did not damage any of our stuff. I can't say enough good things about them. We were moving three miles. They did a good job, and we didn't have any complaints. There weren't any problems they had to fix because they didn't create any problems. My real estate agent recommended them.
I was very satisfied. I would highly recommend them. They were efficient, they came when they were supposed to come, they did the job they were supposed to do, and that was it. I was moving to a different town. I was very satisfied. I highly recommend them. Nothing was broken, they came when they were supposed to come, and they did their job.
It was very, very good. They were very prompt, they were very speedy, and they were thorough. Nothing was damaged at all. We were moving within the city or another city close by. They always replied immediately and did anything I requested of them. Customer service was excellent. It was a friend that referred me. They are an A, definitely.
They were very efficient. They were having to move something extremely heavy and into a very small area, and they did a really good job getting it apart and getting it back together. It was a treadmill from downstairs in the basement to upstairs.
They were very knowledgeable of what they were doing, and they arrived on time and completed the move without any problems. We were moving from North Georgia to Columbia, South Carolina. They were clean and made a positive impression, the workers did. Somebody else had used them, and they recommended them, so I tried them out. I'd give them an A.
It was good.
They seemed professional, they seemed to wrap my furniture and take care of it, and their attitude seemed to be pretty good. It was just a local move. They seemed to have a pretty good attitude and tried to be careful with my furniture probably the way I would try to be careful with it. Seemed to try to take care of the furniture and did not try to rush through and load the truck so they could get out of there. I think I talked to maybe three or four moving companies, and I think I may have even stumbled on somebody who might have used them in the past. I would give them probably an A.
If I had to say one thing, I would say that they stood behind their service. We were moving down the block. They did stand behind their service. We had used them previously. I'll go ahead and give them an A.
They were just very efficient, they were pleasant, and they got the job done quickly. We used them twice, actually. One was relatively small, and the big one was from house to house across town. They were very polite, pleasant, and careful with everything. It was just all done very well. We've had people move us before countless times, so they were good. They took a lot of care with our furniture. I'd give them an A.
No complaints. I wasn't there on-site with them, but my husband was. I was in another state, so I wasn't there firsthand to witness everything, but they lived up to the level of service they said they would do. They just loaded the car, and all I did was employ them to load the truck. They didn't actually deliver or move anything. I just hired them to load the U-Haul that we rented. They seemed like they packed everything securely; nothing broke, and the glass stuff was securely wrapped. A coworker had used them previously. They seemed responsive. An A is good.
