They told me what they were going to do, and they did it. There was a question that I had of one of the stacks that go on top of the chimney—that it may be too high. He said it was no problem. If it doesn't satisfy what you want, they'll replace it. Give them a call, and it won't be a problem whatsoever. They stood behind what they were doing. I had a question about the height of the stack. If it didn't satisfy me, they would certainly come back and take care of it immediately. I would give them an A.
The buyer bought the house, and everything went well. They did masonry work. That house had a wood stove in the basement, and their work had something to do with the platform that the wood stove was sitting on—the work was for it to be made larger. That's the work that MCP performed. They were local here to where the house is, and other agents in my office had used them and recommended that we consider them. As far as I remember, the customer service was good. I would rate them as excellent.
They came when I needed them. It's been several years, and I haven't burned my fireplace, so I'm assuming everything is OK. The people were very nice. They were cleaning it and doing some repairs. I would give them an A.
They just were very efficient, and they did what they said they were going to do. They relined one of our chimneys, and we thought they did a good job. I would say they're an A.
I liked the work quality, and the efficiency was great. I actually heard about them through a dealer. I would give them an A.
They did some work for me last spring. I would give them an A.
It was a positive experience. They installed a chimney liner. I would recommend them to a friend or neighbor. I didn't have to call them back. They were very professional. An A is a fine grade for them.
They seemed to be very honest and did the work well. They did a chimney sweep, and they made some repairs to the chimney as well. A reference was provided by someone who had used them. I'd give them an A.
They haven't been here since August. We've used them for many years. They've been coming to our house for at least ten years, so we have confidence that they know what they're doing and that they understand the fireplace. It was just cleaning and a repair on the chimney. I would recommend them to a friend or neighbor if they asked. It's just fine—they're fine. I really think we'd just give them an A. There's no reason not to.
I'm a contractor, and I've subbed them out. They did work for me on one of my jobs. I think a homeowner recommended them. Their customer service was fine overall. I didn't deal with them; I just subbed them—the homeowner, I think, took care of the payment and everything. I think they pointed up a chimney. There were no complaints. I think everything went well.
