Mike was one of the guys I was referred to, and I called him, got everything set up, and that was it. I had to handle everything long distance for my brother, who unfortunately had developed dementia. He changed the front and backdoor locks. Customer service was great. I was referred to him by a cousin of mine who'd utilized them on their property. I'd rate everything as excellent—A+.
I basically couldn't open the door to my house, and so I called Mike, and he was pretty fast. He wasn't like other locksmiths, because I'd had to use a locksmith previously, and he was pretty up front as far as charging me. One time I used a locksmith, he didn't even tell me how much he would charge me until he was here. I said, 'All right. Do it, but I'll never call you again.' After I talked to Mike, I said, 'Listen, I need your prices, and how fast you can get here?' There were no hidden fees or anything, so that's why I chose him. He provided excellent service—A+.
I've worked with him a few times. He's efficient, quick, and good. One of my roommates had moved out, and I wanted to switch the locks. Customer service was good too. He was excellent.
He came promptly when he said he would come, got down to business, did the work, and left. He was very professional about it. There were some locks on ancient doors inside a church, and no one had the keys for them, so he drilled the locks out. The customer service was good. He answered the telephone when I called. We had used a locksmith for some other doors at our church, and they were just so full of baloney. They never fixed the problem, and so we said we've got to get someone else. I'd give them an A+. I don't have any complaints at all.

They were really quick, and they were up front about pricing, so it was painless. They showed up when they said they were going to show up, which is usually not the case with locksmiths, but they were very efficient. My original lock had glue put into it, so I hired them to replace that lock and match it with the same key that was used for other locks in the building. They seemed like a local locksmith, and I always try to support local businesses, so I chose them. They were also the first ones to answer the phones—I called a couple others and got voicemails or an answering service, but Mike was the first one to answer the phone. I would say they're A+.
He was fast, efficient, and very clear about what his prices were. We'd had to have locks replaced on basically a moment's notice, and we called and left a message at two in the morning. He answered it within half an hour and was there within two and a half hours, so it was above and beyond the call of duty. At the time, it was kind of an emergency. It was A+ work.
