I have them on rental properties, and I used them for over three years. It's good. Whenever I call them, they respond very well. Of course, I'm very good at paying the bill, so I guess both parts are good. I'm happy. They're happy with me because I pay the bill on time. With the weed control services, I'm really happy. It's very good. I think I will give them the best grade, an A.
They do what they commit to. They're on time in doing it. They're very responsive, and they're just good to work with. Right now, they just do the lawn. They're just very friendly and prompt. They stand behind what they commit to. I got them out of the Loudon County Best Pick Reports book. I had no problems, so I'd give them an A grade.
They take care of my lawn and do things like fertilizing. My neighbor had their service, and I saw their lawn, and the result was good. So, I changed to them. Also, they use biodegradable material. I would certainly give them an A+.
They actually do the chemicals on my lawn. My lawn looks good. I never see them. They're here, they're quick, the guys take their time, they do what they need to do, and I can't say that about other lawn services. The guy takes care of weeds, and it's all good. They're A+.
They come, they do their job, and the lawn looks good. The gentleman who does my mowing recommended them. They just do my lawn. I'd give them an A.
I just used them for my lawn fertilizing and stuff like that. So far, I've had a positive experience. I had some weeds come up, and when I called them, they immediately came and took care of it. I have no complaints, basically. It's easy to get a person; sometimes I have to try a couple of times, but usually I get to talk to someone without any problem. It was through a recommendation that I heard about their service. They get an A grade from me.
They came out, did a good-quality job, and followed up. They did fertilization and weed control. They're real professional, they have uniforms, and they treat everything professionally. I chose them from references from other folks. I'd grade them as an A.
I've been using them for years, so I'm obviously satisfied. They do lawn service. I've had very little interaction with them since they started. When I had out-of-the-ordinary problems that they're not responsible for necessarily, they've always been able to take care of it or find somebody that could. I used them for a while, changed companies, and went back because I wasn't satisfied with the other person. They're a little more flexible. They're an A-grade company.
The man who does the work is a gentleman; he's very polite. I like the courteous nature, the smiles, and the fact he is always asking to help out in any way and always leaves a clean area. They did lawn treatments. When they first started out, I was one of their first customers. I would say they get a top-scale grade, an A.
I think they do lawn treatments for us. They just started; it hasn't been more than one treatment. The first treatment was probably three or four weeks back. There are a lot of weeds, but with one treatment, I don't expect any noticeable differences; it will probably take a few treatments. They were here when they said that they would be. I chose them from a reference. So far, I don't have any complaints, so I'd give them an A rating.
