They did a good job designing the landscape for our property. It was my first time using them. They were connected to the builder of our home, and I would highly recommend them. I'd give them an A.
We liked working with those guys. Specifically, we worked with Matt Haber. He was extremely knowledgeable, very patient, and very accommodating in meeting with us. Several times, he met with us in the evening—after hours—to accommodate our schedule. He listened even when we talked about the type of plants that we liked. He came up with options, and he presented us with choices. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience in terms of what he was able to do with the end product. We had sod; that was obviously pretty straightforward. We had five or six beds of plants around the trees and around the house—a combination of trees, shrubs, and annual flowers—and we also had a nice patio put in. They were the only vendor of choice for the builder that we selected. They get an A.
They did a great job; they did everything that I asked. I would say they did a good job, stayed in contact, and kept me up to date on what was going on. They did some landscaping in the front and the back. I've already referred them to a couple of my neighbors—I think they might use them. I would grade them an A.
The quality of their service was good. I would give them an A.
They stood behind their work—if there were any plants that didn't make it, they would replace those. I like everything. I liked their crews, and I liked their architect. They basically did new construction in a couple of different stages. We had used them in our other house, and they were originally referred to us by our builder. There is no reason I wouldn't give them an A.
They did spring cleanup as well as a few plantings. The designer takes care of everything very nicely. They had landscape people come in and do the actual work, but he comes in and oversees it. I would grade it an A.
They put in trees, they did our bluestone work, they did our seed and retaining wall, and that's about it. I liked that their knowledge and experience were really good. They are experts in their field, and I liked their use of natural stone. It was the first time that we used them, and I would rate them an A.
I think it was a good experience in general. They didn't force anything on us, and they laid everything out—it was a good experience. They did two patios, the lawn, and the rest of the landscaping. I chose them because their name was given to us by the guy who built our house, and when we talked to him, we felt very comfortable. I would grade their company an A.
They've done front-yard landscaping and backyard patio landscaping. I chose them based on a referral. I would grade them an A.
Western DuPage Landscaping is awesome. They do superb work, and everything they install is top-notch. They installed evergreens for me. They always do excellent work.
