He's a very skilled landscaper, and he did a professional job on a tree drain that he installed for me. I haven't had any issues with the drain, their customer service, or any of their workers. I would recommend the company. He's local. I chose him because of his reputation, and his reputation does follow him. I was very satisfied with his work, so whatever his highest rating would be, I would give him that.
That work turned out fine. They just did what they said. There were no issues with the customer service or the quality of work; they just did what they said, when they said, and why they said. It was stonework. I'd tell someone who asked about Trimm to use them. I give them the best grade—an A+.
They did a good job. I like the punctuality of the job. There isn't anything I think Trimm should do differently. They replaced the grass in my front yard, and they did a sod job. That grass is still holding up well today, and they did it over three or four years ago. I'd tell someone who asked about them to give them a shot. I rate them as an A.
We love Trimm Landscapes. We like their customer service and quality. They're very professional and do a good job. They put down pine straw and top soil, and it looks great. I would tell someone who asked about the work to use them—absolutely. We use them every year. I give them an A+.
I was very pleased. They came in for four days, did what they said they would do, cleaned up, and left. They did a really good job. There isn't anything that I thought should have gone differently; they did exactly what I asked them to do. That work is still holding up today. It was a GeoStone wall and some steps. They tore down an old wall and replaced it with GeoStone hardscape and then built hardscape steps going down to the river. I rate Trimm as an A+.
They did a great job. I just think they did a really good job on what I hired them to do, and I haven't had to call them back out to fix or change any of that work. They did some Bobcat work for me. I would recommend them. I would say they're an A+ company.
They were quick-working and professional. There is nothing I felt should have gone differently. They did some masonry, some electrical work, and landscaping—putting in some plants and stuff. It looks good, so I would grade them as an A+.
They were willing to come out to give me an estimate; I wasn't able to do all the things we talked about, and they weren't upset that I wasn't. They did what I needed—what I absolutely had to have done—and that work was satisfactory. There weren't any issues. Actually, I've had them do a couple of jobs. One was to take out some trees, put down some sod, take out some shrubs, and prepare the ground for putting something else in. Then they removed a tree and a stump. I haven't had any issues with that work since. I give them an A+ because they were good.
It was good. We had a problem with a few of the plants, but there was no problem with replacing them. It wasn't their fault; really, it was the company they got them from, I think. Anyway, it was no problem getting them to replace them. We've used them several times before. They did a stone patio—two patios with steps in our side yard. The patios and the steps are holding up well. I would recommend the company. I'd say they're an A.
I've known the company for a long time. I've done work with them on and off for many years. They're very dependable. The people who work for them know what they're doing and how to do things, so you don't have to go back and have it fixed. Very seldom do you have any problems, but if you do, they're very responsive and come back out to address the issue. They were in our community, and I've known the group and the owner for many years. The last time Trimm Landscapes was here, I had some brick and rock work done in my backyard. I've never had any issues with them, so I'd give them the highest score—an A+.
