It was excellent, and I think the designer that I worked with is extremely creative. He did our back garden some years ago and then a side garden for us this year. It's wonderful. We spend a lot of time there; it's very unique, and even with all of that, it's extremely comfortable and beautiful. You can see the garden from our downstairs, and it has totally transformed the whole area. It's just a wonderful thing—I love the gardens so much. Scapes is wonderful. We've worked directly with the designer, and his crew is great. We've had a couple of minor concerns with the garden since it was done, and he immediately sent somebody out to fix things. When we built our house 15 years ago, Scapes was recommended to us by our builder. They did the initial landscaping of our home, which we were very pleased with. I would give the company an A+ rating, and I have absolutely no complaints or concerns.
They cleaned out our fountain. The technician was excellent—Antonio did it, and he's amazing. He's very thorough, and he's a very nice person. He's neat and extremely diligent—he doesn't take any shortcuts. We're very happy with him. I would give Scapes an A+.
It was awesome. They were fantastic to work with and very professional—it was great. We had a pool and a patio built, and they took care of everything for us. I'd give them an A rating.
We use Scapes almost every year to have stuff touched up and added on. They do a great job, and they're very attentive and professional. Adam is the person we work with, and he just has such a wonderful way of getting stuff done. When my husband and I have a difference of opinion on what should be done, he seems to come up with a design that works for the both of us. He's wonderful. They put a pool in, and they did the design, installation, retaining walls, walkways, trees, lighting, and fencing—everything. We found Scapes after I'd seen pictures of their work and thought it looked pretty magnificent. If we have an issue, I just call Adam, and he gets the pool people out. If I have a question about the trees, he'll send somebody out. It's very convenient to have one phone number to call. They really do A+ work, and they far exceeded what I thought it could look like. We gave them a backyard with a deck falling off, and what they gave us back was an oasis or a haven.
I liked everything about them. There were some weather delays, but that's nothing that they can be blamed for, and everything else went very smoothly. They did a great job. They built a fire pit and did some landscaping. I found Scapes because my best friend's neighbor used them on a project, and I saw the quality of the work, so I called them. I would say they're A+.
Scapes is a first-class place; I've been using them for about seven years now. I like that they put the plants and pine straw in the right places. The way they do it is much better than the way most of the other companies do it. Everything is just first-class—they do what they say they're going to do, and they're really nice people. I chose them because they were fairly close to where I live. I'd give them an A.
Scapes has worked for me several times, and they always do an excellent job. They're efficient, they do quality work, they clean up after themselves, and they're just very professional. They've done landscaping, waterfall design and installation, and stone fireplace design and installation. I would give the company an A, for sure.
I liked everything about them. From the first meeting we had to all of the installations, it was a smooth process. They did a very good job. The guy that I bought my house from had literally not taken care of anything in the yard. He had let the backyard go into disrepair, just putting woodchips out. They cleared all the woodchips out, put in grass and six trees, and then did some landscaping up front. I liked how prompt they were. I chose them because they'd done some work for my parents' neighbors. Scapes gets an A+.
Scapes tore out a railroad tie retaining wall and replaced it with a stacked brick retaining wall. They took quite a while to get the permit from the city, but that's pretty standard. I liked that they communicated with me. If I had a question, they'd call me back in the time frame they said they would. We found them through Best Pick Reports. They deserve an A.
They take care of the weekly work in a timely fashion and without me having to remind them to do certain things. They do routine lawn care for me, and they've also done some landscaping. They're very easy to get in touch with, and they respond quickly. They were recommended to me when I was getting rid of another company. I would give them an A.
