They were very professional and always showed up on time. We worked with a man who made himself very available. Any time we had questions about what they had installed, he answered them. They redid our whole backyard. They installed a bunch of plants, redid the grading, and then installed a lot of sod as well. They were in Best Pick Reports—I love that book. Outside Landscape Group is awesome. I'd give them an A.
I told them at the beginning what I wanted and what I didn't want. He came back with a drawing of what he wanted and what I didn't want, so I got him straightened out to what I wanted, and it worked out. They were did some hardscape—a front walkway, a porch, and a sidewalk. It was beautiful work. I was satisfied; they showed up, they did what they were supposed to do, and they did a good job. I'd give them an A.
They were fantastic the entire way through, from bid all the way through to the execution and final walkthrough. I've already recommended them. They'd be an A.
They did everything they said they were going to do, and they cleaned up after themselves every night. When they left at the end of the job, they were pressure washing the cul-de-sac—not even where anything had taken place, but just because they might have left dirt on the road. I was very, very, very pleased. We had some extensive landscaping done in our backyard, and we had them add a fire pit. I had no issues with them at all.
It was great. I liked their professionalism. They were on time, the crew was great, and they really seemed to care about what they were doing. They landscaped my entire backyard; they put in a patio, irrigation system, and sod. They also did a total landscape design and planting. When I put out a bid, I hadn't used any of the previous companies that I looked at. I looked at three different companies, and Outside Landscape Group was the only one that brought some creativity and their own ideas to the table. I'd give them an A+.
They're professional, they made a quick plan, and they finished the work really fast. They planted trees in the backyard, did new plantings, and did a little stone stairwell down the front. It took about 30 days. They're very good. I would give them an A+ grade.
They did a concrete patio and some various landscape work. Their customer service was good. They listened to what our needs were and met them, and they gave us good service. They get an A+.
Outside Landscape Group did work for me, and they did a great job. They did an architectural landscape for me, and they installed it in a couple days. They came back later and put in an irrigation system as well. I'd have to give them an A.
We ended up working with Outside Landscape Design. They did a big project for us—it was a full outdoor renovation. The backyard was completely stripped down, and they took out five or six trees. Then, they graded it and leveled a couple of areas. They put in some outdoor hardscape as well. I liked the fact that they had certified landscape architects drawing a plan. I feel that they heard what we were saying and what we wanted to do, and I feel like they were dynamic. Sometimes, things changed as they went based on things we said. They took what we said and incorporated it, and we were really happy with the outcome. I'd give them an A.
I felt that the design they worked on was close to what I wanted, and they did a good job of determining what worked in the yard. Their customer service was good. They get an A. I actually got a hold of them because they were doing a job for a neighbor.
