“Munz Construction was wonderful. They converted a garage to a living space and built a detached garage. Everything went seamlessly. I'd give them an A.”
“They're really good. They built an entrance and put an addition on the back of my home. They were really nice, conscientious, and easy to get along with—A+. The quality of their work is very good.”
“I was pleased with everything. They fixed my roof, air conditioner, wall, and front porch. They get an A+ from me. Everything was wonderful. I'd recommend them.”

“They were wonderful. I'd rate them A—they were great.”
“We bought a house that they built and really I'd have to say since I sold real estate in the Washington area before we moved, I was a little apprehensive buying a house from somebody that had only built one other house and so I got a- what they called in those days a home inspector and spent about 5, 6 hours going over that house with a fine tooth comb and, quite honestly, it was one of the best built houses I had ever seen, so if we had anything done to this house and we had all kinds of changes made: added a bathroom, just did a whole bunch of stuff once we moved in, I always called Munz and we had a tree fall on the house. We had over $100,000 worth of damage and I called them and they did a wonderful job. They took a closet. They added a bathroom. They took a closet, divided it in half, and shared it with 2 bedrooms. They removed sections of the kitchen and rebuilt them the way I wanted them built. They had to totally reside the house when the tree fell. They rebuilt the deck. Just about anything. We had minor things added electrical- we put in a Peachtree door where there was a sliding, glass door. They replaced that. When the windows were broken when the tree fell on the house, they replaced that. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. There was no hassle. There was no anything. The billing was easily understood and correct and, believe me, I can be pretty witchy when things don't go right. I think all these people, and it happened to be all men- I think they had worked with Chris Munz for many years and they were seemingly loyal, easy to talk to. I just never had the feeling that any of these people weren't 100% certain about the work that they were about to do and, believe me, and I might have had to call somebody back once for something for some minor thing, but everything was always resolved. I don't have any complaints. I would say they were all excellent, so an A+. I always said they should call me as a reference.”
“It's been a while since we've used them. They did a roof for us. They did windows for us. I think it was just a roof and windows. It was 2 separate things. They're very friendly. They're very respectful. At the time my kids were really little, so they were really respectful about the manner in which they left they site, like cleaning up for me. I have pets and it's roofing and windows and they were really helpful with that. After we finished roofing, they did some extra follow up work for free, no charge. Nothing that was damage, but they came back and maybe checked- like the gutter was insecure and 'we added a couple of extra things for that' and they have not done my gutters, so it wasn't expected of them to do bonus work you'd say. Actually, now that I think about it, they did my garage doors, too. They were great. Like, I called them up. They gave good estimates. They worked around me. They were very responsive to any questions we had, concerns we had, and recently, I'm in a new house, and I was going to have them do this roof, and it just happened that it didn't work out with them through no fault of theirs. I would have had them come again. Just somebody else was here fixing stuff and I said, 'Just do it.' I've had a wonderful experience with them. We've recommended them to lots of people for siding and windows and roofs and major- that kind of stuff. I've never worked with them- I know they do remodels: kitchens. I haven't done that with them. I'd give them an A. I frequently recommend them.”
“I had an awning over the front of my porch. It was approximately 8 feet long, 5 foot deep, five or six foot deep, and I just wanted to do away with the awning and I had a permanent roof put up. I didn't have them for siding, doors, etc. They were really courteous. They did a real nice job. They were an A. I would highly recommend them.”
“They did our basement for us. I'll give them an A+.”
“Out does 100 percent. They built a deck off our townhouse. It's 20 feet off, in the air, 12x12 is the maximum allowed by the homeowner's association and when the inspector came he stands on the deck and says, 'Now this is the way a deck should be built. You could land a 747 on this.' They also built a recording studio in our home. I'd give them an A+.”
