They've done a number of things, from fire and mold remediation to general construction, painting, Sheetrock, stucco—you name it. They're professional and methodical, and they understand how to work with insurance carriers, how to work within a budget, and how to document and detail everything appropriately. I've referred them to countless people that they've done phenomenal jobs for. Overall, I'd give them an A+.
I liked everything. They've done several projects on my house. They've done walls, improvements, shelves, and a door. I'd give them an A+ across the board. They did a great job.
They did the reconstruction after we had a fire and the fire department made havoc on the roof. The general contractor on that did an excellent job. I'd give them an A—that's why we're reusing them. They do what they promise to do.
They did an incredible job for us. I'm not used to getting such a detailed bill from somebody or a bid and he gave me a line itemed bid down to the penny. I wasn't change ordered, which was incredible, and the job was done when he said it was going to get done. He did a kitchen remodel for me. Overall, I'd give them an A across the board. Actually, they screwed up and they forgot to put up a duct barrier and it got all over my house. They paid for a cleaning service to come in and detail my house after they were done. It was just unbelievable, I was impressed.
They were one of my favorite vendors. They were a turnkey contractor. My major interaction with them was with the emergency services. I've always had a good experience with them. They did some remodeling and reconstructing during that process too. I had a very good experience and very fond memories of working with them. I'd give them an A+ overall. They worked well with insurance companies. Working with an insurance companies has its idiosyncrasies. They were very accommodating and knew what we needed and were able to provide it. It was a stark contrast between some contractors who can or don't work well with insurance companies. 281 Flooded and the team just really worked with us hand in hand to give us what we need to help us call the claims faster. I'd recommend them always; they've got the best trade name in the business.
They replaced the soffit, fascia, eaves troughs, and downspouts on my house. They did the job right, and it came out very nice. They were very quick in getting the work done. I didn't have to wait for them to come over and finish it. Overall, I'd give them an A+. I have referred them.
