What to Expect

Georgia law requires home inspectors to produce a written document detailing the inspection. If any defects are noted, it is mandated that written notification be given. It is also required to include details of the scope and depth of the inspection.

Typically everything from the shingles to the built-in appliances in a home will be analyzed and examined. However, home inspectors are increasingly able to test for individual issues in addition to performing whole-house inspections.
