They were punctual, they were well informed, they were courteous, and they just did what they said they were going to do. They were very professional. We have two rental properties; they put in new air conditioners, and they put a new furnace in one. They have some upcoming work that we're going to have them do for us as far as our pipes. Their customer service is professional. I chose them because we liked the write-up of their quote, and we liked that when they came out to meet us, they were punctual and on time. They were a little more knowledgeable than the companies that gave other estimates that we had. I'd give them an A. They gave excellent service—I have no complaints.
They came out before I got quotes for my HVAC replacement. The air conditioner was not putting out cold air back in May, so they came out and managed to get it working, and it actually lasted all summer. They did a great job. They've been out a couple of times, and they also cleaned my furnace. They very thoroughly went over all the parts, how they work, what they should be, and what they are. They explained what they were doing, and they were very thorough and friendly. I chose them because I have been using them over the years and I've always been happy with their service—it was loyalty, I suppose. Prestige gets an A.
We've used Prestige multiple times. They are always there when we need them, and they get it done quickly. We had an A/C unit replaced. Their customer service is fantastic, and they're really good about following up. They're definitely an A+ company.
Prestige was excellent. They put in a humidifier. They were prompt, the work was done professionally, and the customer service was excellent. The people in the office were very accommodating, and the employee was very knowledgeable and very polite. He put boots on his feet so he didn't track dirt into my house. It was an excellent experience. I chose them because they were local. I would give them an A; they were very great.
The gentleman from Prestige was very nice. He walked me through what I needed, and he did a nice job. He tuned up our furnace and fixed a valve in our shower. I'd give them an A+.
He went in and did the job, and I think he was trustworthy. When I asked for them to come out and give me an estimate, they were there. It didn't take very long for them to get out and give me the estimate, and everything was addressed very quickly. I tried a couple of others, and one of them that wanted to come out and give an estimate was going to charge $100; it would have been deductible on the first bill, but I didn't know how high their bill was going to be. Prestige didn't do that—it was a no-cost estimate. I'd give them an A.
