“It's been different on different ocassions. The most recent job was heating. I'm on a program where there's supposed to be available to me on a twenty four hour basis. That doesn't always work out. Scheduling is kind of an issue. The customer service issue has occured more than once where I waited all day and it didn't work out. They never could get there. That's not really my ideal of what I should be getting for paying this monthly fee for VIP service. Once they get there and start doing the work, it's fine. I'm still using them. I'd give the overall experience an A-.”
