They're great. I did an oil-to-gas conversion. They came in, they took out my whole oil system, and they installed a gas system with a gas furnace. I knew a friend of mine and a couple people that had had good experiences with them, so I just figured I'd call them. I would give them an A. They were great. They had to come by and adjust the water temperature a couple times. There was a miscommunication between myself and them; I had purchased insulation for the pipes in my basement, and they had it. It took them a while to install it, but after a quick call, they came by and did it. In terms of customer service, they're fantastic, and they're prompt in answering all my calls and questions, so they're excellent.
They're a phenomenal company. They were always there for me no matter when I called—weekends, after hours, no matter what. They pulled out my old boiler system and put in a new high-efficiency boiler. They told me exactly what I needed, helped me research it, answered all my questions, and answered all my emails at all hours of the day and night for me before I spent all the money to have it put in. I've been with them for about 15 or 16 years now, and they've never once let me down. They're just a pleasure to work with. It's easy to call and say, 'One of my tenants is having problems,' and they say, 'We'll go out, take care of it, and call you and tell you what's going on.' They don't say to me, 'We'll meet you down there, and we'll discuss what's happening.' They really, truly make it easy. They explain to me everything that's going on in my own home when I call them up and say that my radiator's banging. They explain to me why they do it, and then they'll come down and check it out if there's a problem. They're just really good people. They're like a family—they are a family-run company, and they treat me like family, which makes me feel good. That's why I've been with them for 15 or 16 years now. I would rate them as an A.
They were fine. They did a very good job, and we're very happy with them. They put in a new oil-fired heating system. They were very thorough, they were on time, and they did an excellent job. They left the place nice and clean and everything else like that. I have no complaints at all. They did a great job; they did things in a timely fashion and showed up when they were supposed to and everything. They did an A-grade job. I have no complaints. Excellent work.
Their timeliness stood out. I had something replaced. Their response time was the best reason I chose them. I'll go with an A.
This was a few years ago. The technician was wonderful; he was very helpful and informative. They helped with the heating—there was a bird stuck in the furnace. I'd give them an A.
They were fine. They put in a heating system; that was fine. Somebody told me about 128 Plumbing, so I called them, and we went with them. It was good.
They were very knowledgeable, and they were courteous. The job was completed to my satisfaction, they were clean, and when I had follow-up questions and they needed to come to the house for me, it was very timely. They did a furnace replacement, and they did some construction to reconfigure my basement with where everything was going. I'd give them an A+.
They were prompt and courteous. They explained everything to me and really laid out everything that they were doing in a way that I was able to understand. They did a tune-up on my furnace and air conditioning, and they also put in a solar lamp within the furnace so that mold and mildew wouldn't grow on the inside. They actually installed my furnace back in 2009. I would rate them an A+.
They've done a lot of work for me in the last couple of years, and I keep going back because of the good, honest people who own the company. The technicians are well schooled, and they know what they're talking about. If they need to seek out new information, they do, and they do good work. They've done a little bit of both plumbing and HVAC. They did a replacement of the boiler and water heater a few years ago, and then they did a replacement of the central air conditioning unit around the same time back in 2013. Now, they're doing maintenance on both of those systems. They've also done a few plumbing jobs along the line. I'd recommend the company—I'll give them an A.
They came out on a repair call from another company that did some insulation work for us. He looked at the air conditioner and said that it was a manufacturer problem and that it was under warranty, so the manufacturer sent the original installer out to fix it. I'd give them an A grade. They knew what they were talking about.
