Global Home Improvement kept their word. They cleaned up, and they did it fairly quickly. They did roofing and gutter work for me. I'd give them an A+.
I liked pretty much everything—the product, the installation, and the quality of the craftsmanship. They're an A+ company.
They came when they said they said they would and did the work they said they would do. They did gutter work for me. I would say they get an A.
Global Home Improvement did good work. I have no complaints. I would recommend them to a friend.
I would give my overall experience with them an A+ grade. This was the happiest work crew I had ever seen. They were very organized. Everything they needed was here.
It was very positive. They were on time. They got things done, as they said would, time wise. They kept things clean, and the work was good. They had to remediate the stucco, so they had to take down the old stucco, and then they built a roof over our deck. I would say A.
I had no complaints with them and I would recommend them.
They worked in snow, in hail, and in rain. I would give them an A because I think I'm missing trim on one side.
My only issue I had was they had to come back for the gutters a few times to make them right. Water was getting behind them then dripping down siding. But anytime I called, they came out took a look, saw what they needed to do, and it was address. That is why I marked it an A since what they did to fix it probably should have been done in the first place, not on the 2nd and 3rd call. Either-way, we've recommend them half a dozen times already to friends and look forward when we are ready to do more to have them back at the house. Anyone will tell you working on an old home adds an extra layer of complexity, and they get it.
