They put gutters on about four or five weeks ago. I have an eave on one side where the rain comes down, and my biggest concern was that it was going to pour over and go into my basement. The installation went well. The workers were professional. I chose them because I wanted a one-piece gutter. My house is 50 years old, and we had this second set of gutters that didn't have covers. We eventually put four-inch covers on them, and they finally reached the point where they were sagging. The covers would blow and separate, and it was just time for new gutters. We're 82 years old, and we wanted something that would last us for the rest of our time. The one thing that I appreciate more than anything else—besides it being one piece—is the thickness of the gutter. They're not as likely to sag like my others did. I would give LeafGuard the best grade. I had to have the backboards replaced on them before they put gutters up, which I was glad to do because they were not in good shape—they were 50 years old. It worked really well. I would give them an A.
They came out, showed me what was going to be done, and did it when they said they were going to do it. They installed new gutters around the whole house and front porch. What I liked best about LeafGuard's customer service was the rep that came to visit. He was the front man—he just took care of everything. I chose them because of the strength of the material, how the heavy the gutters were, and the quality of the product. I didn't want anything else. They're an A to me.
It was uneventful, which was good, and they did exactly what they said they were going to do, so I'm a happy camper. They installed new gutters all around the house. The workers conducted themselves in a professional manner. I heard about them from a friend. After seeing their product and considering what I wanted done with my gutters, which was covering them, that was the product that I decided would work best for me. I would definitely give them an A.
For gutters, we have LeafGuard. They're A+. They did the installation, and we haven't had any problems at all.
They installed our gutters. They took out the old ones and put in the new ones. He was very professional and explained how to do it. I interviewed three different companies and selected LeafGuard. They get an A+.
They did a great job. They said they would be here on a certain day, and they arrived the day before to deliver goods. They did all the gutter system in one day and left not one scrap. I've not had a problem with my gutter since then. I'd give them an A. I chose them due to Best Pick Reports. I would have gone with another gutter company, but I looked at the book and saw that LeafGuard got an A.
I liked that they were able to schedule pretty quickly and that they got out and got the job done all in one day. The salesperson that I talked to, Chris, was really nice and helpful. He came out to the house a couple of times. They installed gutters on a portion of the house. The customer service was good, and their product was good. They get an A from me.
LeafGuard installed all of my gutters. They came when they said they were going to, and they did a good job installing. There were a couple of issues that they had to come back and change, and they did that without any problems, so they worked well. There was a downspout that ran across my roofline, and they didn't have the right color of downspout, so they had to bring another piece for that. They came back without me having to tell them—they saw when they put it up there that they should have brought a dark gray for that downspout. They just did it—we weren't even home. My experience with their customer service was positive as well. I wanted the maintenance-free gutters because I didn't want to have to clean them out anymore. They deserve an A—they did a great job.
I thought they did a good job because they used a camera to see the roof and figure out the water clogs. They provided new gutters with the LeafGuard system for the whole house. We went with LeafGuard because we just felt they had good experience. I'd rate them as an A.
They were in at the time they said they would be here, they were very quick at it, and they did a good job. They put in a gutter system on the whole house. The customer service was good—they were friendly, and we had no problems at all. I got the Best Pick Reports book that lists different vendors for different things to do with the house. It comes out every year, and I use that book. I read about LeafGuard, so I decided to talk to them. I'd call it an A-grade experience.
