All American Exteriors did what they were supposed to do. They did our garage doors, and they did our gutters. The gutters look great. We haven't had any problems with them, and it's been eight months since they were installed. We had an issue with the garage door, and they sent somebody out immediately to fix it. We haven't had an issue since; it was fixed immediately. The work we had done was for two brand-new garage doors but only one opener. The opener that was ours, on the other side, was still working but was acting kind of funny. So when the guy came out, he installed the two doors and the new opener, but then fixed it to where the one that was acting funny was working correctly. When we tried to use it, something went wrong, and it ended up bending the arm sideways that brings the garage door up and down. They came back out, fixed it, and set it back on the track. He showed us how to use it properly so that wouldn't happen again. It was perfect; I'd give them an A rating.
I didn't have any trouble. I wasn't here when they were, but they showed up on time, and they did what they said they were going to do. I didn't have to call them back, and they did a good job with the gutter work. I was referred by a friend—another contractor, actually. I think the whole job took just two or three hours; it wasn't long. They didn't leave anything behind, so their cleanup was good. I would recommend All American Exteriors. I'd grade them as an A.
All American Exteriors just came and did what they needed to do when I had some issues. I had some problems at first with not being able to get my gutters on time, but I spoke with the person in the office, who was very apologetic and looked into it for me, and got it taken care of right away. So the customer service is really good there. They did a good job, the guys, when they came out. They didn't leave a mess, so I was satisfied. So far, everything is holding up well. I would recommend them. I had a few problems in the beginning, but I'd give them an A-.
What you expect, what they advertise, and what I got were what made it a positive experience. They put on those things that supposedly keep debris from collecting in your gutter. It's holding up fine today. They get an A grade from me.
They came out, gave me an estimate, completed the work on time, and did what they said they were going to do. They put up some gutter systems. It probably took three or four days. Their cleanup was no problem; I'd recommend them for the job. I'd give them an A.
All American did what they said when they said they were going to do it. The guy that was over all of it always checked with us to make sure that we liked what was going on. There was something that we didn't like, and they changed it without any hesitation. All the guys that were working on the house were really nice. We called them out for the steps on the front porch, and they did gutters for us. It's hard to say how long it took because it rained so much. I'd rate them as an A.
They did a good job. They showed up on time, did the work, and did very good quality work. I called them out there to do gutters, and they replaced them. They just took a day, and their cleanup was very good. I would recommend them. I'd give them an A.
They did the work—actually did it early because the rain was coming in, which was a positive thing for me, and they did a good job. I had them put new gutters on the house. It probably took an hour, hour and a half. It didn't take too long. There really wasn't much to clean up; I'd already taken all the old gutters off, so all they had to do was install the gutters. I'd recommend them. I'd give them an A rating.
They were very professional in the estimating process. They did the work on time when they said they would, and I didn't even know they were there; their cleanup was immaculate when they left. They installed gutter guards and cleaned my gutters. It took one day. I would tell friends and neighbors they do a really good job, and they're professional—there's no drama. I'd rate them an A.
They quoted the job, they came out, and they did what they quoted. They replaced the gutters around two sides of the house, and the whole job took three to four hours. I'd recommend them. They were good, and I'd give them an A grade.
