They were straight to the point. They came on time and got to the quote, and it was simple and easy—that's what we liked about them. Their product was, more importantly, the simplest to use. We had a slab in a house that was falling in. They drilled some holes, pumped foam into it, laid the level, and left. It was the simplest job I've ever seen. They were great. It was inside the house in my laundry room and bathroom area. I'd give them an A+.
I liked that it worked, and they made the walls stop falling in. This was the first time I used the company. It's an old house, and it was starting to push in. If a friend or neighbor asked about them, I would say to try them—they work. I'd give them an A+ rating.
They're reliable. They fixed our foundation, and the customer service was very good. I did have to call them back, and they came. I've already recommended them. They deserve an A+ grade.
They were very professional and very polite, and they did good work. I had a floor in the kitchen that was sinking; they had to put concrete around the posts that were holding up the floor. I would recommend them. They get an A+ from me.
Everything got taken care of that I needed taken care of—I couldn't ask for anything more. They did foundation repair and installed a new sump pump. I liked the way I was spoken to and taken care of with this company, so I went with them. I would recommend them, and I'd rate them as an A.
I would grade BQ Basement Systems as an A because they did a good job.
We've been OK with BQ Basement Systems.
BQ is great. I liked everything, especially the fact that they gave us a small window of time for when they'll come, and they actually come in that window. Also, they explained everything to me in terms that I could understand. I would recommend them, and I'd rate them as an A.
BQ Basement Systems was very personable. They were good. They found a different problem that we had, and they fixed that as well, which I appreciated. They did waterproofing work that turned into foundation repair. They earned an A grade.
BQ was efficient, and they answered questions easily. They're a good company. They did foundation repair in a crawl space, and I'd give them an A. They were good.
