They were very professional. I liked the people that did the work, and I liked the person that did the bids who I worked directly with. I liked them all. They did the foundation two years ago, and it probably took a week and a half. They did come back because I had a problem, but they came back and worked on it again. I'm still really having problems with the foundation, but I don't think that there's anything they can do about it. It's not them. I'd give them an excellent grade.
They have a very high sense of professionalism about their work. They were trying to find the cause of the foundation work, the water damage, and what had caused it. I heard about them from insurance, and I would grade them an A.
They were perfectly fine. It's been a while, but the guy that came out was very helpful, and they didn't have to do as much work as I originally thought, so I thought they were honest. They did foundation work and a little leveling on the garage. They get an A.
It's been a little while, but they came recommended. They were very professional and did exactly what they said they would do. Overall, they were just a good experience. I believe they do things that others don't, so the level of service is higher. They were replacing all of the sewer pipes for the house; under-slab plumbing, for example. It took them a couple of days because it was a lot of digging.
They're very through. I knew them from before when I lived in my old house, so there wasn't any doubt that they were going to be the ones that I wanted to work on this house. I felt they were very professional, and the estimates that they gave me were right. They really stuck to those estimates and still did quality work. They did a lot of plumbing work, and they worked in conjunction with the electrical contractor in a very professional way. I haven't had any plumbing issues since then, and a couple of times when I've called with questions, they've responded promptly, and they were not just informational, but educational—'OK, here's the kind of thing we did, and here's what you should watch out for. You should call us in any case, but if this happens, this is what it's going to look like; if that happens, it will look like something different, and we'll come out and help you.' I'd definitely grade them an A+.
I'd give them an A+.
This time they did our foundation and also repaired our plumbing in a problem that we had in our front bathroom. We had a leak in our front tub because the foundation had sunk, so they came in, raised our foundation, and rerouted our plumbing that had also sunk. They cleaned up after themselves and did a good job, so I also recommend them to any of my friends that need foundation or plumbing work. I would grade them an A+.
More than any contracting company that I have been in contact with, I liked that they did what they said they would do when they were going to do it. They kept me informed the entire way, and it cost what they said it would cost. They were respectful of my neighbors, and they were clean before and after. They replaced all the plumbing underneath a 1961 house that I bought. The job took them one to two weeks. I would rate them A+.
They got everything done in a timely manner, and all their workers were friendly with no issues. They did foundation repair. I chose them because they did work on the house back in the 1980s and I still had a warranty with them. They get an A.
They did the job, started on time, and finished on time. They did leveling. I was having some work done on my house, and the contractor showed me how the part of it was sinking. He got in touch with SandTech, and they do a great job. I have no complaints or negative things to say about them. I'd rate them as an A.
