Jericho Foundation Repair

1st year as a Best Pick

  • A-Rated
  • Verified General Liability

"Imitation may be the sincerest form of flattery, but we think there is something very special about being an original. Jericho Foundation Repair was one of the first companies in Texas to use the pressed piling method of foundation repair. Twenty-eight years later, we are still using the same method. Why? Because it's the best."

Tim Duffy | Owner & Founder

They came when they said they would come, they did what they said they were going to do, and when I had a problem, they took care of it. They've done several things, and they've fixed my foundation on two different occasions. Specifically, one of their estimates did not put a couple of piers in the end of my living room, and when there was a problem, they came out immediately to see what I was talking about and decided that they should put a couple of piers out there, and they did that with no charge. I'm not entirely convinced that it was strictly their problem, but they wouldn't even let me pay half of it. They said, 'No, we should have seen this, we should have done this, so we'll do this for free.' I chose Jericho because they've done a lot of work in our community. The maintenance manager out here recommended them. I would give them an A, and I recommend them to everyone. They've asked me to talk to people that want a reference. They're good people. They're more than willing to back up their work, and on top of that, they're there when they say they'll be there. They don't tell you that they'll get to you in a couple weeks if they know they can't do that. They'll tell you exactly what the schedule is, and they adhere to it. The best thing you can say about a company that you do business with is that they don't lie to you.
They did a good job. I would rate them excellent.
They were great. I love them. They did regular foundation repair due to an under-the-stairs plumbing leak. I would rate them A.
The customer service was excellent. Somebody recommended them. I would rate them A. They were very good.
It's come out OK so far, so I don't have any problems. They did foundation repair work for me. They worked on the house across from my house, which is how I know them. They did a great job, so I'd give them an excellent grade.
I liked everything about them, and I've used them three different times. That is, I've been a part of three different jobs they've done. They're just really professional and accurate. I can't say enough good things about them. They did measurements for leveling my foundation. They installed 20 piers, just like they said they would, at the price they quoted, and the job was done in a timely fashion. When they left, everything was good and clean. They previously did work at my girlfriend's town house complex, and I had no voice in choosing them, but they did great work there. In the previous house I owned, I'd used them once before, and it was the same experience I had with this house. They get an A+.
They're efficient, they're prompt, and they're nice. It was a lifetime warranty. They did foundation repair work for me. It didn't take very long, just a couple of days. I give them an A+.
They got the job done on time. They just did work in one corner, so I think they only put in four piers, and it just took a day. It was recommended by a realtor. I would rate them A.
They just did foundation work for me. I would give them an A, so far.
They did regular foundation repair for me. I would rate them A.
