Dura Pier Foundation had very hard workers and did a good job. They cleaned up thoroughly afterward. I had them put piers around the edge of our house's foundation. Their customer service was fine. I'd rate them an A.
The front of our house had some water damage from the house next door. They'd had a flood, and it disrupted our foundation, so we had some settling. Dura Pier came in and fixed it. I think the customer service was good. We went with Dura Pier because we had good impressions from our discussions on the phone.
Dura Pier Foundation worked on my dad's house, and I've since sold that house. They put in a new plumbing line. My dad picked them. They're a good company—A+.
They had to put piers under part of our house, and they put in a root barrier. Dura Pier Foundation worked on it and, so far, we haven't had any problems. We had them come out and meet with us to give us estimates and talk to us-we just felt like the owner, compared to other companies, gave us better information. Overall, I felt like he wasn't just trying to sell as big of a package as possible, and that he was more reasonable in his approach, so that's why we went with him. We had a couple little follow-up issues that they took care of right away that had to do with dirt settling and things that I think are just normal for the course of work we had done. They addressed them immediately, and we haven't had any issues since, so I'd give them an A.
The biggest thing I liked about Dura Pier Foundation is they got in there and knocked everything out in one day. I had them put about 16 piers on my house across the front and a little bit down one side on the back corner. My dad had had work done on his house many years back by them. They did a really clean job of cutting the concrete and putting everything back together, so he was happy with them, and that's why I picked them. Overall, I'd grade them an A.
Dura Pier Foundation was professional. They were on time, and they were neat. We liked them. We liked the presentation of the work that was going to be done and the detail a lot better than the other companies, so we chose them. It was nine piers we had them put up. They'd get an A.
Dura Pier Foundation's original work was done many years ago. They did work and of course, I no longer live in that home, so I was no longer there to say yay or nay. But apparently, they did what they were supposed to do. They had to install several more piers in the garage area. I'll give them an A.
They did foundation work, and Dura Pier Foundation was there on time. They did the work in the time they said they were going to do it, and they cleaned up. When they had to resettle the holes they dug, they did a really good job of making them look nice. Actually, I need to call them to come back out to resettle some dirt they were supposed to do. I'll definitely give them an A.
Dura Pier is professional. They come when they say they're going to, and if they can't come, they call. They did the plumbing and foundation work they were supposed to do. They're a good company. I went with them because it was recommended to me by a friend. I'd rate them an A.
Dura Pier Foundation did foundation work. They were professional and positive. I went with them because of the initial experience from the estimate and the initial contact when I was looking at different companies. I'd give them an A.
