I had an absolutely excellent experience with Granite Foundation Repair.
I've used them twice; I went back to them a second time. They fixed my foundations. They're just very hands-on. I did a couple estimates, and they were the one I picked out. An A is a perfect grade for them.
I had a very good experience with Granite Foundation Repair. The house had a small sink on one side in a certain spot, so it was slightly uneven. They elevated it to the proper specs, and I've had no problem since. They were prompt and on time, and they did what they advised me they would do. I had called several people, and I chose accordingly. I'd give them an A.
Granite Foundation Repair did everything good. I was happy with them.
The people who did the work were very professional; they cleaned up well and got the job done. They put in 16 steel piers, both outside and inside the home. They had to chisel through our tile floor, but they did it in a way that minimized the damage. Then, they put four piers inside to go with the ones outside. They did a good job. They get an A.
They were pleasant people to talk with, and they explained their work before they did it. They were very quick at evaluating the problem with the foundation and getting it corrected, so it pleased us.
Overall, it was OK. They put the machines in, did some work, and repaired the foundation. I liked the follow-up calls—the manager inquired about how the work was. Everyone was responsive, and everything was done on time.
I had a very good experience. In fact, we've recommended them several times over. They repaired the foundation the way they'd indicated to us they would. They did it all in one day, and the guy who ran the crew did a good job. I'd rate them as an A.
I was happy with Granite Foundation Repair's work.
They fixed my foundation, and they did a good job. The corners were dipping about four and a half inches in one room, so they did exterior and interior cubicle piers.
