They did an unbelievably beautiful job. I'm in love with Hatcher's Floors. Two other companies had come to my home and taken a look at my floors, which had 40 years of dog stains on them, and said, 'There is nothing we can do—we have to replace the floors.' I didn't want to replace the floors; that's a pretty major expense. I mentioned something to my realtor, and my realtor said, 'You need to call Hatcher's Floors.' The first thing that impressed me was that the brochure from Hatcher's said they were responsible for doing the floors for the restoration at Mount Vernon. I invited them out, and they walked in and said, 'Oh, no problem—we can fix this for you.' I said, 'Are you going to have to stain things black so you don't see the dog stains?' He said, 'Absolutely not, and we will make them gorgeous.' That's why I'm in love with Hatcher's. Another thing I liked is that they protected the rest of my furniture and the rest of the things in my house with a plastic cover that they draped on things. They hung things from the ceilings, and they closed off doors. I had no residual dust in my house. It took them three days, and then they had to come back a fourth day to put another coat of varnish on. These people are miracle workers, and I'd give them the highest ratings. On a scale of one to ten, I'd rate them an eleven.
They did all the floors on the main level, and they did a very good job. Their customer service was excellent. Hatcher's Floors is very accommodating, and the work was outstanding. They were very understanding, and they couldn't have been kinder—they are just awesome people. They deserve an A+.
They did a phenomenal job. I'd give Hatcher's Floors excellent marks in every category. I was referred to them by another contractor. They did several stairs, a hallway, and an elevator in my house. I would grade them A+.
They were great. I love the finished product. I was out of town the whole time, and when I showed up, my house looked fine, which is the best way to have work done. They were recommended by a friend. They came on time, the estimate came out the same as the final cost, everything was clean, and it was done on time, which was a big deal. We were moving, so they had to get the work done before our furniture could be delivered. The finished product was great. We've recommended them to friends. I would grade them an A.
Hatcher's Floors were good—very professional, very fast, and efficient. It was a good experience. They gave me great customer service. They did 80 percent of the house. They came highly recommended, so that's pretty much why we chose them. They've earned an A+.
I had new flooring installed next to original flooring that was refinished. I liked everything about them. I would give them an A—it was great. I have used them in a couple of houses, and they are super.
Hatcher's Floors came out and redid the kitchen hardwood floor. Everything looks nice, and everything was fine. It was excellent.
It was difficult to visualize what it was going to look like, so they gave me the time to decide and understand what kind of wood I wanted regarding the width and stain. The guys showed up on time, and they did a good job. The flooring looks great—it was just an overall great experience. They put in hardwood flooring everywhere that could support hardwood floors. I had asked a couple of people who had wood flooring put in for recommendations, and they knew of Hatcher's Floors, so I chose them. They're A+.
We've used them three or four times. Most recently, they did the master bedroom. We chose them because we knew the product, and that's who we've gone with for the past 15 years. Their work was A+.
They were quick, and the floors were put in very professionally. There were no funny bumps or anything that we would have to call them back for. My wife made the choice based on a recommendation from our neighborhood. I'd say they get an A+.
