They did our hardwood, and we were extremely pleased. They covered everything so that nothing was going to get dusty. They even blocked off the dining area from the family room so the dust didn't go any further, and we got a beautiful look on the floor. It was done properly, things were cleaned up, and it looks nice—couldn't have been better. I think it took maybe a couple of days. Then another thing that was really nice is we had some pieces in our foyer that needed some help, just spots that needed to be replaced, and they worked that out to look normal with the floor. I would recommend them. People come in and they ask us about it—it's kind of a new color so they're noticing it, and we pass it on if they ask. They are definitely A.
It's the second time I've used them, and both times have been great. When you're in the store, they have excellent customer service and good workmanship. They did our whole upstairs level and part of the main level, it was I think 2,000 square feet of carpet for the house. Later they did the basement, and that was another 1,000 square feet. My mother-in-law recommended them. I guess she used them before, and she recommended them. I would give them an A.
I thought they were very good.
Everything went well. Everything went well with Flooring America, and Abe was very good.
They did a good job, and we'd certainly recommend them.
It was done when they said it would be, and they did a good job. They did carpet in four rooms.
They showed up early, and they were ready to work—they had all their tools and supplies with them. They were courteous, they were kind, and they explained everything to me as they were installing my new flooring. If I had any questions, they would stop and talk to me, so it was great customer service. It was carpeting. I had a flood in my house, and they replaced carpet on the whole first level. I would recommend them. I'd give them an A.
I think they did a good job with the flooring. A couple of times, something didn't look right, so I would explain to the crew, and they listened and corrected the problem. They did oak flooring—hardwood. They did just the main level. I think they did a very good job, and I would recommend them. I would give them an A.
I'm happy.
They just gave us what we asked for with no other problems. The customer service was great.
