Ultimate Flooring Design Center put the tile in my bathroom as well as the carpeting throughout my bedroom and entire upstairs. Everything was quality service, from the installers to the owner to the quality of everything. They were excellent. It took a couple days, total, for the tile, because they had to come back to do a new subfloor and everything. It took two weeks in total between the tile work and the carpeting. Their customer service was excellent, too. The owner came to the house, and I liked him a lot. I've already referred people to him. I would definitely give them an A+ on everything.
They were friendly and nice, and they did a great job. Everything about it was positive. They did hardwood flooring in two rooms, probably 700 square feet. There were a couple days they were down because they were waiting for dyes to dry, but they put the floor down in one day and stained it in one day. Then, they came back about four or five days later and restained it. Everything was fine, and their customer service was excellent. I talked to the guy on the phone, and I believed what he said. I'd give them an A+.
They were very courteous and professional, and they did a good job. They replaced a floor in our bathroom and kitchen, and they did a really good job with the way they went about the whole process—removing what was there and putting in the new. They were very friendly. My wife was impressed, and she's not easily impressed. They're an A+ company.
Ultimate Flooring Design Center did a fantastic job, and I'm happy with the work. The hands-on approach made it positive. They ensured that the work was quality workmanship. They installed all of the flooring in the basement area. We did it in phases, so it took probably about two and a half weeks. Their customer service was fine. I chose them because they were available and could start the project when the project needed to be started. Other companies had to go through a delay. I reached out to them because they were close by the project. I'd give them an A.
He was really flexible. I originally started talking to him a couple months ago, but then I had to delay the work. When I called him back, he already knew what I was talking about, so he was able to schedule it really quickly. They had to remove flooring that had been put into my master bedroom by another person. There was a cat that had lived in that room that had urinated on the floor, so they removed it, treated underneath, and replaced it with new, laminate flooring. The installation took less than a day. Their customer service was very good. I chose them because I looked through the Best Picks book. The person I originally went with was just himself, not a company, and the quality wasn't perfect to start with. Then the cat pee soaked through the wood, so I wanted to use a company this time. They get an A.
It wasn't as much of a headache as I've had with some of the other things I've done. Other contractors I've had do some of the stuff in my house have caused a whole bunch of problems, which I started to get used to. Ultimate Flooring Design Center put wood floors in, and I'm happy with them. They put hardwoods coming out of my kitchen, which leads into my dining room, which leads outside. The job only took two or three days. Their customer service was fine. Somebody gave me their number, and they just seemed like they knew what they were talking about, so I went with them. There weren't any problems or issues, so they did A-quality work.
Everything made it positive, from how quickly the floors were installed to the professionalism of the entire experience. It was great. I had rugs in the living and dining rooms, hardwood in the kitchen, and tile in my bathroom. They ripped up all of the floors and laid down just one level of hardwood, which is what I asked for, and it turned out really nice. Their customer service was really good. I chose them through a referral. I'd heard from a neighbor who had gone to them, and I wanted to support local business. Rather than going to a big chain store, I chose them, and it worked out great—A+.
I liked their personalized service, friendly installation, and quality work. They effectively and efficiently laid some hardwood and did a nice job laying some carpet. The hardwood they did in a day, but the carpet was a couple of days. The customer service was good. I chose them because I was referred. They did A+ work.
Ultimate Flooring Design Center installed linoleum in one room, and it took less than a day. The customer service was mostly good. They did a good job. When they initially did it, they did a few things that we didn't like, so we asked them to come back and look at it. They were able to touch up things and make it better without any complaint on their part, so overall, we were very happy with the experience. I'd give them an A.
There were a few problems, but they resolved everything. They put a lot of flooring down in our family room. Initially, they overlooked the schedule date, so that morning they did not send anyone out. They had to get someone over here later in the day, and of course, when they took all the furniture out, it rained that night while all the furniture sat on the deck. We weren't very happy about it, so we called and complained, and the owner of the company came by to help out. By the end, the company was coming over to the house late in the evening to make sure everything was done properly and that there were no problems. We chose them because we like to support local businesses in the area. I'd give them an A.
