They were quick. It was a small carpeting job in a master closet. An A+ grade is good for them. They got in there, and then within 48 hours, it was done.
Everything was fine. I just got carpet. They're an A.
I liked that they are a small company. I had talked to the owners. They put carpet in. It was a few bedrooms that they did. They get an A.
I think my experience was good. It was about a couple of years ago. They were efficient, turned up when they said they were going to turn up, and did a good job. They put in a new carpet, and I'd give them an A.
They put the carpet in my library. I had a good experience with them. They did it right. They also fixed some wood floors in my house. They did a repair on the house when I moved in; they did repair on some laminate, and then I got them to do some carpet. I would grade them an A because there were no issues.
They did a carpet for us in couple bedrooms a little over a year ago. It was good.
It's the first carpet company that I've hired. I was satisfied with the customer service and the product. They put carpet in the whole house. They were recommended to me by the property management company that I hired. I would give them an A.
Almost three years ago, we were recarpeting so we could move. I was just getting a few rooms carpeted. We just replaced carpet in the bedrooms. They'd get an A from me.
The service was pretty good, and the product is really good also, so I have no complaints or anything. They were just putting in carpet for me. I'd rate them as an A.
Their installers were on time. They got the job done with what was budgeted. There were no surprises with it. Their installers being on time and saying when they were going to be there to do it was a positive. The good thing for contractors is to be on time. They did carpet in a bedroom and a closet. The house was empty, so it was real easy for them to do. I'd grade them an A.
