I liked their timely manner. They put in hardwood, laminate, and carpet all through the house. I've used them many times before. I would give them an A—they're pretty good.
I liked their responsiveness and customer service. They put hardwood floors in one room. We were recommended by someone else. I would give them an A.
Floors Etcetera did some refinishing on some wood floors for us. Danny, the guy that I dealt with, was really personable and knowledgeable, and he seemed to respond to questions well. The floor had gotten scratched during some remodeling work, and they sanded it and put a new top coat on it. I used them because they had actually done the original hardwood floor work in our home when it was built ten years ago. I'd give them an A.
I liked that they were responsive, friendly, and professional to deal with. They did hardwood and carpet at first, and then a few years later, they came back to take out the carpet and put in hardwood. It's pretty much hardwood throughout the house now. A friend recommended them to me, and I would give them an A.
They did a good job in a timely fashion, and the quality of the finished product was good. They did hardwood floors in the whole downstairs lounge. A friend of mine recommended them, and they were the only people I got to give me a quote. Floors Etcetera is an A.
They were quick, and they used the right wood. From to start to staining, I want to say he did it within a day, but we had to let it dry the next day. I picked them because they had built the home. I would give them an A.
They did a good job, and they cleaned up afterward. They put in wood flooring on one of my three floors. I'd say they're an A.
They did the job fast, and they did what they said they were going to do. Floors Etcetera has done a couple of things for me, but the last job they did was refinishing the hardwood floors. They get an A.
They were on time and very efficient, and they got everything done exactly as they said they would. They redid the flooring on my entire third floor. I chose them because they were the ones who had initially had done the first and second floors. I think they earned an A.
I liked their customer service—they have good follow-through. Floors Etcetera had originally installed my floors, and they came back to repair the floors for me. They were recommended to me. It's an A for them.
