They were very professional, and they did the job in a timely manner. They darkened my hardwood floors. They had excellent customer service. I'd rate them as an A.
The person came in a timely manner. The owner came in. He was courteous, he was nice enough, and he followed through on his timeliness and got everything done to our expectations. There was some leftover stuff that we found later on, so we called them; they came in, and they fixed that as well. They actually did a buff and coat job. We had an old wood floor, and they came in and made it look as new as it could look. I called a couple people to come in, and they were probably the most professional. I would go with an A grade for them.
I thought the work they did was quality. The guy was professional about it and did what he said he was going to do on time. He did a nice job. They just refinished the hardwood in my condo. The customer service was very good. I'd rate the company as an A.
They did a good job. The refinishing was good. That was the only thing they did. Everything was good. Their customer service was good. They gave a particular estimate and gave me options, pros and cons for each option, so it's good. I would say they're an A-grade company.
They did the work on a timely basis, and it came out well. They refinished my floors. Their customer service was fine. I would give them an A.
They got the job done as expected. It was just a renewal. They had good customer service. I guess it met my expectations. An A grade is fine for them.
I just think they were easy to work with, they did everything they said they were going to do, they were very neat and clean in the house, and the floors look great. What they did was buff down the top layer of the floors and then recoat them. Their customer service was very good. I'd rate them as an A.
They did a good job. They sanded and then put the coat down and actually cleaned everything. The customer service was all right. I was looking for someone to do our home, and then I talked to this gentleman, and he was so nice. He came down and gave me the estimate, and I said, 'OK.' They get an A grade from me.
They just did a great job. They were on time when they said they were going to do it and finish it, so overall, it was a very positive experience. They redid our hardwood floors. They rebuffed them and polished them. They didn't grind it down. They fixed some of the dents and scratches we had. It was in our kitchen, front room, and dining room—those floors were done by them. Their customer service was good. They were on time and they responded, so everything was good. They're an A-grade company.
I would give the company an A grade.
