I would give them an A rating.
Adrian Flooring is really good. I liked that he was timely, he communicated well with us, and when something didn't work out, he came back that day and fixed it. He was just really, really good at fixing problems, communicating, and finishing the job on time. He refinished floors for us, ripped up carpeting, and added floors. He gets an A, for sure.
I have no complaints about anything. They installed a hardwood floor on the first level of my house, and the work was cleaned up properly. I'd give them an A.
They were very good, reliable, and friendly. They refinished my floor. A neighbor referred me to them. I'd give them an A.
They took their time to figure out exactly what I needed, because it was a little complicated. They did new flooring, and it needed to match some vintage woodwork. It took a few tries, but they were patient, and they nailed it. They had get the color right, and they did a great job matching it. They'd done work for a builder that I work with. I'm a real estate agent, and I met them at a property. They did an A-worthy job.
I'd grade Adrian Flooring as an A.
They did a nice job, and there were no problems—it looked good. They did flooring in my living room, dining room, and kitchen, and I'd give them an A rating.
They were very personable, and they knew what was going on. I've done a lot of work with them, and they were with me the whole way. They knew their merchandise, they knew what I needed, and they knew how long it would take them. They were where they were supposed to be when they said they would be there, which was very good. I had old flooring removed, vinyl flooring installed, and carpets put into three bedrooms. They also took out old carpet and replaced it with new padding. They did a lot of removal and installation, but it was clean and neat. There was no mess. They moved furniture for me, and they were very conscientious. I chose them because I had gotten caught in the rain and just walked in to stay dry. I had been to many other flooring and carpeting places and was completely confused because there was too much to choose from. They made it very easy. They let me take samples home and bring them back, so they were very nice to deal with. It was a pleasure. I'd give them an A.
We had a very good experience with Adrian Flooring. I liked the gentlemen that came out. They were very courteous, friendly, and clean. They were good at scheduling, and when I called them afterward, they were good at coming back and addressing the issues we had. They put hardwood flooring in our living room, dining room, kitchen, and hallway, and they refinished our stairs. I'd rate them as an A-.
We've used Adrian Flooring many times over ten years to install new wood floors, refinish existing wood floors, and replace carpet. They're local and responsive. I'd give them an A-. We were using two different contractors—a tile guy and Adrian Flooring. Because the two didn't talk together, there was a door opening where the tile and flooring weren't quite right. Trying to get either party to step up and fix it was an issue, but Adrian Flooring ended up helping us more than the tile people did.
