SandFree Massachusetts did an excellent, excellent job. They were so neat, and they really took care of anything I wanted to be done. He took up my rugs, taped them, put them down in the corner of my driveway, and started brushing with the machine. The quality of the work was beautiful. Customer service was perfect. Their expertise was excellent. I've recommended them to a lot of people. They deserve an A. Everything was beautiful.
It was absolutely fantastic. They show up on time, they finish on time, and they do a first-class job. They get an A+ from me. I've already recommended them to 10 or 15 people.
They were extremely professional and did excellent work. They refinished two large hardwood floors, and they repaired a very deep scratch and a couple of minor scratches. I would say they get an A. I thought they were excellent in every regard.
He laid down the hardwood, and he did terrific work. I was amazed, because he did the whole thing by himself. We had another room done about ten years ago, and they sent over two guys, but this guy handled it by himself. Same type of floor and same company.
I was very pleased. I liked the responsiveness. I made a phone call, and my call was returned immediately. I liked the professional way they handled coming out to meet me and give an estimate. They came when they said they were going to come, and they were very prompt. They were very neat in the way they did the job. They were just very pleasing people to work with. I was satisfied with the work. It makes a difference how you feel about somebody in your house doing work. The follow-through was excellent. I would highly recommend them. They've come back to do two different projects, and they're coming back to do a third one.
They sanded a couple of floors, and they put in and finished another floor. There were a couple of rooms. I'd give them an A+. The only negative I have here is the polyurethane they use is a water-based polyurethane, and I really prefer the oil based, even though it takes longer to dry and there's more of an odor. On one of the floors they did, I noticed that the water-based polyurethane had a tendency of making certain bubble spots here and there. I never had that problem with the oil-based polyurethane. I don't know if I could have them do anymore work for me because I have a lot of hardwood floors. I wish they gave you the option of using either the water-based or oil-based polyurethane. Their cleanliness and expertise were awesome, awesome, awesome—triple awesome. I don't think I could use them unless they switched or have the option of using an oil-based polyurethane.
I liked everything about him. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful, and he did what he said he was going to do. We stripped the linoleum off of a floor and found some very nice wood underneath, so he refinished the wood and had to do some patching. He found some reclaimed wood and patched it, and he did a terrific job. I'm looking at it right now. He did it in the kitchen. They deserve an A+. He was terrific. I couldn't be happier. We have recommended them.
They were very nice people; very good and very conscientious to do the job on time. They did five rooms; a little den, three bedrooms, and a large dining room. Of course, they didn't do the kitchen because that had linoleum on it. They deserve an A+, definitely. No issues across the board. The floors were quite dirty, so they had to do more sandpapering and all that. I'm extremely likely to recommend them.
Tom was very professional and gave an accurate quote. He did the job when he said he would do it and finished it. His workers were very good. I was pleased with the process, because there was no chemical smell or anything. They looked like they were brand new. I was impressed. They deserve an A+.
They were just so pleasant to work with, and they made absolutely no mess. The job was done in a really good amount of time even though we decided to go with a third coat. And it has helped; a year later we've had people tracking in salt and sand, and it just wipes right up. The floor is in good condition still, so I'm very happy. They deserve an A+. They were on time. I would give them the highest recommendation.
