They were very quick and efficient, they cleaned up, they were polite, and they were amazing. I loved them. It was a very small section of wooden fence. It's about 8 feet tall by 14 feet long, but it's near a creek, so it's on an angle. It was difficult—it was right next to a glass room, and no damage was done to the windows there. It was just amazing. They did it very quickly, and it was very professional. I think I would give them an A-. It could be a few more inches away from that glass window, which would have been easier access for me, but that was something that I didn't notice until after it was done. So it was too late to ask that, but honestly, they did a great job. They were avoiding things by doing it where they did it, and it's a little inconvenient for me, but I think they did a wonderful job. If I had another fence to do, I'd call them back.
I used Houston Fence Company—they put their name on the fence, and it was OK. They did a good job. They did a cedar fence, probably the entire back of the yard, one side, and a new wooden gate. I requested bids from three entities. I picked what I thought was the best bid and the people who had the best credentials for the job. They did an A job.
They're fantastic. I had a new gate put on. They did a fantastic job. I'm very happy with them. I'd give them an A.
They did a fantastic job on the fence. The guy that gave us an estimate was a real nice guy. They took down the old fence, and they put up the new fence and a really neat rock board. They had it a little bit off the ground where my dog got under the fence—I was going to go ahead and fix it myself, but he sent some guys out here, and they added another board to the rock board, sealing it off so my dog couldn't get out. The fence looks good. They did a great job. I usually do the fence myself, but I just didn't feel like it and his name rang a bell. I'd give them an A with no complaints. I didn't have any problems.
Everything went fine. They did good service, good everything. They did fine, and everything was perfect.
They were very good. They replaced a four-foot metal fence. I had used them like a million years ago to put a wooden fence in at a previous house, like 20 years ago. I'd give them the highest grade.
We had great service so I would rank them the highest in all categories.
It was the gate—it was hard to close, stuff like that. I'm going to be honest; the ground is shifting around my home because of the dryness and the rain in Texas. That's why the gate was off a little bit. I couldn't close it or open it. The problem is it's going to happen again. So I was pleased with the way they fixed it, and it worked fine. Every once in a while when it rains or gets too dry, even rain or dryness will cause that gate opening to open or close off, level or not being level, and that's the problem. So I'm going to have to say what they did fixed the problem at the time. It was positive because it fixed the problem I had. The customer service was fine. I chose them because they had put up a gate for me about 15 to 20 years ago. It worked all that time until we had this drought in Texas a few years ago, and then it started deteriorating, so I had them come back out. I'd give them an A+.
They installed a new fence in my backyard before I sold it. My experience with them was very, very positive. They put up a treated, dog-eared, cedar picket fence. I'd give them an A.
They just replaced a backyard fence—a wooden privacy fence. I found the company through the Best Pick Reports book. I'd give them an A.
