I had a wonderful experience with them. They came on time, told me what it was going to cost, did it, and that's what it cost. They did everything how they said they'd do it, when they said they would do it, and I can't ask for anything more than that. They fixed my outside light because in my neighborhood, it automatically goes on.
I'm a real estate agent, and I was selling a house that had electrical switch problems. According to the contract, the repairs had to be done by a licensed technician, so I hired them to come in and correct the switches. They have a flat fee for coming, and I assume that's pretty much the same for all service people. When they add time, they add it in 15-minute increments. The fella that came out took care of it right away and could have billed me for 15 more minutes but didn't. I'd give them an A+.
He was very knowledgeable and friendly. They were installing an electrical outlet.
They were fine, and they did their work fine.
They just got on with the job and got it done. They installed our garbage disposal.
They put up a light fixture for me and removed a connection into the electric box. The service technician was very knowledgeable and nice, and he asked if he could quote me for anything else I needed to get done. It ended up being a same-day service call because I was moving out of the area. The company I had originally hired to do the work couldn't do it, so it was a last-minute kind of thing. I'd rate them an A.
They switched a light switch pull cord out in the basement. They're good. We had to call three electricians to get someone to come out, and they were the ones who actually returned our calls and came out.
Basically, they followed up on a home inspection when we were selling our house. They were prompt and worked efficiently. He explained what he was doing, and he did what he said he would do. I chose them because they were local. I give them an A.
They rewired my electrical box, which was good all the way around. I was satisfied. I chose them because they were able to come after hours, so that was good.
We had a great experience with them. They did what they were supposed to do, were professional, acted professional, and did the work. I was happy and haven't had any complaints about it. My husband found out about it. I would rate them an A.
