I needed some work done, and they responded very quickly. They came over, they were very quick and professional, and they didn't leave a mess or anything. They did a good job, and they were very quick about it. I think there was something wrong with the panel. It needed a new fuse or something. There might have been an outlet that wasn't working, so he had to test a few other outlets to try and trace it down, and he was able to fix that outlet. That's my recollection of it. He was polite and everything. They provided good service. These guys called very quick, and they were able to get out there pretty quick to get the work done. They did good work. I would give them an A+. They're very quick.
They were great. They had great customer service. They did exactly what I needed them to do, and they did it quickly and right the first time. They just did a great job. I had two things done. They installed a chandelier for me, and they installed a new outlet down to my basement for my deep freezer. I chose them because they are the electric company that the builder of my house used. I would give them an A+.
My electrical outlet was tripping every time I used my vacuum. Whatever they did, it fixed the problem. A couple of electrical sockets were making the power go out in a certain part of the house, and so they had to come and replace some things down in the fuse box or something to that extent. The house is relatively new, so whatever it was, it was under warranty. They changed something out or fixed something down in the basement, and that's pretty much all I know. He was very nice; he just wanted to make sure that I could still vacuum, and he made sure that it worked before he left. They did a good job. The property manager chose them, I think, because of the warranty. They called the people who put in the electric. I would give them an A+.
They did work around December of last year. They were prompt. They were here when they said they were going to be, and they did a good job. They just repaired the outside lamppost in front of my house. They called me, they scheduled it, and then they called back to make sure that everything was OK. They were great. I just chose them because they did the electric in our community. They were an A+.
They're very professional. They were up front about the charge that was going to be done. I needed to have some extra stuff done that I didn't request initially, and they were more than accommodating to go ahead and get that done the same day. They replaced an outlet that kept shorting on my back porch and disconnected a live electrical wire underground that was supposed to be done and wasn't done. They replaced our electric smoke detectors. They were more than willing to stay here and do extra work even though it wasn't on the scope of the work order when they initially came here. We would definitely use them again. Actually, we're thinking of getting some security lights put in, so they're definitely going to be the ones that we call. A lot of my friends had used him and said what good work he did, so I thought to give him a try. I would give Winstar Electric an A+ rating.
They were fine. They did what I asked them to do. They changed maybe three sockets. They changed some faceplates for me too. They did a big job for me four years ago, and they did a good job, so that's why I chose them. I would give them an A.
We were selling our home, and the real estate agent actually arranged for them to take care of some things that needed to be satisfied for the new buyer. They came when they said they were going to. They were reliable. I know they had to put in some GFCIs. We had a septic tank and a pump problem, and they fixed that. It was electrical. They were recommended by our real estate agent. I would say they're a solid A.
Everything was good. They did what they were going to do. It was just some minor electrical wiring. I don't have any negative complaints. They were the first company to call me, so they lucked out. I would give them an A rating.
They were on time. They matched the estimates that they gave me, and everything was completed. They were courteous and professional. I had some GFCI outlets put in and a few other electrical outlets. They just did a nice job. I would give Winstar Electric an A.
They were on time and polite. We had electrical work done. I chose them because I'm a repeat customer. I would rate them as an A.
