The guy from Right Touch was very pleasant. One of the things that I liked, even though it didn't benefit me, is that he had an emergency call that came up when I had an appointment, and he asked if it would be OK if he showed up the next day. Mine was not an emergency, so I was perfectly fine with that, and I just thought that made good sense. I was having an outlet short out, and he took care of it. I'd say they're an A+.
It was excellent. They put up a kitchen light, and part of it went bad, so they put in a new part, and a week later, it went out again. He came right back and put a new part in, and it's been working ever since, so they were very good. A home improvement store gave me their number. Right Touch is an A all the way.
I had some circuits that were not working. They're professional, and the problem is solved. Right Touch gets an A+ from me.
Right Touch did an electrical circuit repair. They were very attentive, and they took their time and diagnosed the situation. They deserve an A+.
They were quick, and they got the job done right. They did a couple of minor repairs on some light fixtures. My home warranty company picked them. They're an A+ across the board.
Right Touch did electrical work. They did a good job with good workmanship. The job was presentable, and I believe the owner even came by. I would use them again. The work and the service were good. They deserve an A+ rating.
Last year, they did work for us. It was good. They did what they were supposed to do, and it was done right. I was very happy with the job they did. They put some lights inside the building, and they put wire on the bottom of the building. The city required us to have ground wiring and stuff like that, so we called Right Touch, and they came back and they fixed it right. I called them because somebody else told me that they did a good job. I'd rate them as an A+; I don't have any complaints. They did it right the first time.
It was great. I would use Right Touch again. I had an electrical outlet installed on the ceiling of my room. They gave me a quote and a time that they were going to come over. They came on time, and they stayed at the same price. It was done very quickly. I'd give them an A+.
They did good work. They were on time, and they did what they said they were going to do. I called them out a couple of times, but this last time, they were just replacing some fixtures. They did some landscape lighting for me, too. I would grade them as an A+.
They took the time to explain our options and what we needed to do. It wasn't just a simple thing—he replaced a chandelier and replaced the box itself. He was a pleasant person. An A+ grade is fine for them.
