I would hire him again. He's professional and punctual. I don't have any problems. They installed the house surge protector and checked my house grounding cables. I would give them an A—they're excellent.
They did some work maybe six or seven months ago, and there was no problem at all. They did everything they said they would do. When they were replacing the fluorescent lights in my kitchen, there was a screen cover for the lights and they damaged that, but they replaced that free of charge. I've used them more than once actually and I've never had a problem with them. I actually spoke to the guy before he came out, and he explained about the company. I've used them two or three times for windows, and it's never been a problem. I don't feel like there's anything they could improve.
