I give Mister Sparky all excellent grades—A+.
Mister Sparky was very good, and it was a very positive experience. He was very friendly, and he did the job very proactively and in a timely manner—it was perfect. They did a couple of light installations as well as a couple of light switches. They get an A.
Everything's perfect.
They came out right away to solve our air conditioning problem after the electricity went out. He rewired the fuse box and got it up and running. They'd done some work for us before, and I'd had a good experience. I'd give him an A, easy.
I liked their professionalism. They were on time, and I was very pleased with the work they did. I just felt very comfortable with the whole situation. They replaced the entire electrical box outside my house because it wasn't up to code, and I didn't know that. They also replaced outlets in my garage I didn't know weren't up to code, and I had them replace a few other outlets and two switches in the hallway that weren't working properly. They were out several times. I dealt with two different technicians, who were both very professional and knew what they were doing. You could just tell by talking to them. I felt very comfortable in that I didn't feel like they were trying to sell me something I didn't need, so I was very pleased with the whole experience. As a matter of fact, the next time I need something done electrically, I'll be calling them. They were a recommendation from a very good friend who'd had had them out to install a light fixture in a kitchen area. I would definitely give them an A.
They did some electrical work for us, and I think they did fine. They were prompt, and they did what they said they were going to do. I'd rate them as an A.
I had a plug that didn't work, and Mister Sparky fixed the problem. They like to upsell, but their work was grade-A work.

They were punctual, but better than that, they were very friendly. They discussed what was going on. We had a real nice relationship—no problems at all with them. There were two light fixtures we wanted changed. Then, they changed the ground wire for the house, and we also wanted to put some sort of protective device on the entire house. The guy did his job and explained what he was doing, and everything worked fine. We haven't had any problems, and it was about three to four months ago. I'd definitely give them an A. The technician was very nice.
They went through everything, checked everything out, and made any kind of changes they had to make right away. They were in and out—good and efficient. They changed all my outlets and switches. They happened to be the only ones that could come out when I needed them.
