They're spectacular. They were prompt and on time. They did everything that they said they were going to do, and then they brought in their electrical team and replaced the junction box in the back. They cleaned up their mess, so you couldn't get any better. I would recommend them based on my experience. They're A+.
They have wonderful customer service. I appreciate them. I'd give them an A grade.
The quality of work was good. I would give the company an A+.
We've got a service contract with them for the town house that we're going to rent. They checked out the electrical system, they did an upgrade of the box, and they checked out the HVAC. I have not had to do the water system yet, but they seemed to be very professional, and they did very good work. I was aware of them through word of mouth, general positive feedback, and various things. They're an A-grade company.
They were on time, and they did what they said they were going to do with no surprises. They did plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work. I chose them because they could address all of the items with one company. They're an A-rated company.
They did some electrical work, and they put two electrical outlets in a closet. My husband had heard good things about them. They gave us a bid, and then they were able to quickly do the job that we asked them to do. They got it done in the time period that they said they would, and they cleaned up and left it in working order, which is what we needed, so they did good work. I'd give them an A.
They have always done good work. They are efficient, clean, and neat, and they just take care of business. They've done mostly electrical work for me at my house. I have a home warranty, but the home warranty only covers a certain amount of things. I've mostly used the electrical end of the business. The company gets an A from me. I chose them because of one of their employees. He's over the electrical, and he used to have his own company. I used him when he had his own company, so when he told me he was going to be going on with them, I continued using him, and I've always been pleased.
Everything was good—100 percent good.
I like a lot of things about them. Their pricing is up front. They bring their iPad with the prices on it, so it's not like someone's pulling a number out of a hat, and I like that. I like that they're on time. I like that he'll tell me what he can fix, and he'll tell me what he doesn't have to fix—I like that very much. They're very professional, and I use them over and over. They've done a couple of things for me—one was electrical work, and the other was plumbing work for the shower. They changed some fixtures for me, and they've also done electrical work—running a line to my A/C that it required. It was really good because another air conditioner guy had been out there and didn't even tell me that it was missing something; it was missing a breaker that it should have had. So I got the Abacus guys out here, and they finally fixed the problem, because the problem had been happening over and over. They came out and fixed the problem. It was a good experience. I'd grade them as an A.
