They're spectacular. They were prompt and on time. They did everything that they said they were going to do, and then they brought in their electrical team and replaced the junction box in the back. They cleaned up their mess, so you couldn't get any better. I would recommend them based on my experience. They're A+.

I like a lot of things about them. Their pricing is up front. They bring their iPad with the prices on it, so it's not like someone's pulling a number out of a hat, and I like that. I like that they're on time. I like that he'll tell me what he can fix, and he'll tell me what he doesn't have to fix—I like that very much. They're very professional, and I use them over and over. They've done a couple of things for me—one was electrical work, and the other was plumbing work for the shower. They changed some fixtures for me, and they've also done electrical work—running a line to my A/C that it required. It was really good because another air conditioner guy had been out there and didn't even tell me that it was missing something; it was missing a breaker that it should have had. So I got the Abacus guys out here, and they finally fixed the problem, because the problem had been happening over and over. They came out and fixed the problem. It was a good experience. I'd grade them as an A.
