They were awesome, and they did a great job. They were neat, clean, and professional. I love them, and I highly recommend them. They upgraded my electrical system. I'd give them an A.
I use Mister Sparky all the time. They're fantastic, super knowledgeable, and super friendly. They moved light fixtures, installed new light fixtures, and installed electricity for some audio-visual installations. I would grade them as an A.
Mister Sparky goes above and beyond in all their services. I had them do quite significant and very major electrical work. I had a new electrical service running through my house; I needed a new meter and everything. They're an A++ company.
Mister Sparky did what they said they were going to do, and I had no problems. It was all good, and you can't say that about just anybody who walks into our house. They put in one of those cooling and heating systems. I thought they were excellent, so I would give them an A for excellent. They did a good job.
They did a superb job. There was a really bad storm a few months back, and one of our trees out in front took out our electric service from the street. They restored our power by putting it all back. They're top-of-the-line. I like them so much I had them come back and do more work for my house. I actually have friends in the business, but because the kid was so professional, I had him come back to do more work inside of the house. It's unbelievable. They're a very good company. I would give them an A. Honestly and truthfully, they really hooked us up the first time, and I didn't expect it would be over as quick as it was. I had them come back again, so I'm very happy.
There was an issue with the solar panel, and Mister Sparky was very thorough and very informative. The guys who were here were really, really phenomenal. They get an A in my book.
They changed out a light switch. I would give them an A+.
They put in a new breaker box for me. They did some work outside on the main wire—the big thick cable that comes from the electric line down the house to the meter. They put a plug in next to the breaker box. I would give them an A+. I was more than happy with what they did, but I was also happy with the electrician because he explained everything he was going to do. Instead of just doing it and saying, 'Well, this is what we did; sign the bill and pay me,' whenever he got ready to do something that he saw needed to be done, he came in, called me, and said, 'Do you want to come look at this?' He told me why he had to replace it or why he should replace it. He was very, very good. I felt like this man knew what he was doing.
They came in a timely manner. The whole entire electricity in my building was out, so I had to call the electrician. They basically just came in, waited for my landlord's approval, and then once he got it, he fixed the issue. He was real nice to me by letting me use his phone to call my landlord. My phone was dead. It was just really good. He had to change the whole breaker because when I'd flipped the switch after my electricity went out, the entire breaker just snapped. It wouldn't move. I would give them an A.
That was probably over a year and a half ago. I liked their hours. They come out late at night. They changed our electrical panel. I would give them an A rating.
