Thrasher Electric was excellent. They were on time and professional, and they did great work. I liked that they did consulting. They put in some can lights for me. They were recommended by my interior designer. I'd give them an A+ rating.
They were on time, and they tackled some things I didn't think could be done. The people they sent out were terrific—in fact, I can even request who I want them to send out. They've done numerous things throughout the house. They've mounted ceiling lights and switches, plugs, and outlets—they've done quite a bit. After one good experience, I just kept calling their number. I'd give them an A+.
I had some lighting problems, and Thrasher Electric sent a really good electrician. He worked really hard to figure out the problem and fix it. They deserve an A+. They were excellent.
They're very responsive, and they showed up when scheduled. They were on time, they listened to our requests, and they gave us an estimate that was within the range of what the work turned out to cost. They finished the work and cleaned up after themselves, and they were very detail oriented. They installed some recessed wall washers and artwork lighting in our living room—probably six fixtures. They handled the switches on those, and when they had to retrofit some of the existing lighting into other locations and create new lighting locations, they made sure they were creating the right effect. They were here for probably four hours, and they did a good job. I'd rate them as excellent.
I liked the quality of their service. They put some lighting in under my cabinets. They were convenient and professional, and I would give them an A grade.
They came out quickly, and the guy ended up staying and doing a lot more than we had originally asked him to with no problems. He was very efficient. Our house was struck by lightning while we were out of town, so there were a few lights that weren't coming on. He figured out the issue and fixed that, and he also fixed some outside lighting issues and reran some wires for us. They get an A grade from me.
Thrasher Electric is very good. I'm very impressed. They were willing to walk me through everything they were doing, even though most people wouldn't want to be right there for every part of it. They put in a 220-volt subpanel for me and a 40-amp charger for an electric car in the garage. Beyond that, they wired for a new stove. We had a gas stove, but Thrasher hooked up our system for an electric one. I would give them an A.
I had a fantastic experience with them. They could fit me in on the same day, and they were willing to do the job and stay until it was done even though it was late in the afternoon. They cleaned up after themselves, and they were very professional and polite. I will certainly be using them again. I had to have all my electrical outlets, my electrical sockets, and my light switches replaced. I'd give them an A.
The electrician came out the day that I called to determine what my issue was and if they could fix it or not, and that same electrician followed through and stayed in touch with us until the process was completed. Even when I had a minor glitch afterward, he came back, discovered the issue, and fixed that. My electric meter was not working properly, which was causing me to have brownouts and making my stove short out. He came out and told me about several things that could be done, and we ended up going with a process that would bring everything fully up to code. He completely reinstalled a new electric meter, and he moved it from the back of the house to the side of the house and everything—it was a lot of work. I would give Thrasher Electric the highest rating I could. We've even shared their card with a couple of other people who might need an electrician.
He had everything he needed on the vehicle, and he knew what he was doing. The work was done promptly, and everything was in great shape. They replaced a power panel in the house and did an electrical upgrade. I'd definitely give them an A+.
