"The technician was knowledgeable, much better than I expected. I had a sunroom where all the plugs were out. I really wasn't sure what happened. I thought I was going to have to have the whole thing rewired and was, of course, mortified when he came in and pushed the reset button. While he was here I had him put a plug out in the yard because I knew that we were going to be building a deck and getting a living area built out there. "I was really happy. Flash Electric was great, and I found them in Home Reports. They grounded my house, because the phone company came out five years ago and they had neglected to put a grounding thing on every outlet outside of the house. Flash Electric came out and fixed all kinds of stuff. They grounded my house, and something else that had to do with the grounding part and upgraded whatever it was. They were just so nice. And the man that was in charge of all of this actually walked me around and explained where all the wires were that they had replaced. They were just top notch. I'd give them an A."

"They did a great job, and they were very efficient. They had some great suggestions. I had a problem with a outside floodlight on the back of our house. We have a two-story house and wanted to be able to turn the floodlight on downstairs. The only way to do that was to come upstairs to use the switch in the bedroom, so they did a little research and came up with a remote system where we have a little remote. Now we can turn on the floodlights from down there without having to do any other additional wiring or anything like that. It was a great suggestion, and I thought they were very great. And we can also add other devices in the house to work on the remote, so it's really cool. We don't have to cut open the wall or anything of that, so it works out really well. This idea was a lot more efficient and cost effective, so that was great."
