“Sewer damage in the basement was noted at 4:30 pm. on Sunday. They were the first people I called. I'd like to thank the great service from their intake person who walked me through the steps and suggested I immediately hang up and call Serve Pro who cleaned up the mess the next day. Henderson came out the next morning and found the culprit and used the auger to clean out tree roots. I did not take their recommendation to have the sewage line completely repaired. This wouldn't be covered by insurance and frankly that's just not in the budget.”
