I liked their service and their personalities. The guys were very nice, hard workers, and they answered all my questions. The pipes from the bathroom go underground into the sewer, but they were clogged in the main pipe. McHale's cleaned everything up, which was very nice. They get an A. They were excellent.
We had a very good experience with McHale's, and we were pleased with the guys. They were professional, nice, and honest. They unclogged a drain, and then they ran a snake down in the drain. They showed us some roots down there and gave us advice on how to handle it. I would give them an A.
McHale's was prompt, and they got the job done right. They had to clear a drain running from the toilet downstairs. They had to jackhammer the floor, re-cement it, and put a new toilet in. Their customer service was very good. I'd give them an A rating.
They were an A. They were excellent. They worked on a sewer, and they did a great job. We had a problem with the sewer backing up. They were very efficient.
They're prompt, on time, and clean. They did plumbing services. I'd rate them as an A.
They did plumbing, and I'm going to give them an A.
They were prompt and very efficient. I had a leak in the water line. It happened before Thanksgiving, but they came out after Thanksgiving to do it. The work was completely satisfactory. For the work, they would be an A grade.
They were prompt and kept working on it until the problem was resolved. They kept ordering parts and coming out as needed. They worked on our septic grinder pump. We'll give them an A.
I think they're prompt, very knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They were investigating a leak in the cold water pipe to our washing machine. Customer service was very good. We've just been using them for a while and have been happy with the service.
I just feel like they know what they're doing. I've had them for a long time, and I trust them. They did plumbing for me. I had a leak in my bathroom pipe that had to be accessed through our kitchen ceiling, and they replaced the pipe. I would recommend them.
